Game 2 | Cavs (1-0) @ Bucks (1-0) | October 20, 2017 | 7:00 pm EST

Hope Roses injury is minor. With his style of play he's more apt to take a beating and being somewhat fragile maybe he needs to rethink it at times. idk. Starting Caldron tomorrow won't kill us. Rather him than other options. Let's not get too cocky and think we'll steamroll Orlando just cus were at home and feeling good about ourselves momentarily. Nice win tonight though for sure.

Yeah. Zizic was in street clothes and Lue would like Frye to get some minutes cause he isn't part of the rotation.

I just don't see how playing 1 possession on offense with 1 minute to go is going to do for Cedi, especially when it's being played with the 3rd stringers. Game was effectively out of reach, why keep Wade on the floor? let Cedi play 3 minutes with the regular rotation.. it's much more effective for his development.

We have too many players though once IT comes back. I think as the season progresses our best lineup is going to be with LEbron at PG surrounded by big athletic shooters. Lebron/JR/Korver/Crowder/TT or Green or even Love

I get it. I'm excited about having to young guys like Cedi and Ante to after a few years of no super young developmental players with actual skill level.

But 1 minutes, 3 minutes in their first month as Pro's is irrelevent. I would like each of them to play in at least 40 games. It is not stunting their growth at all

I am very interested to see how many rest games we do. In those games, both will get real minutes.

Channing is not yet a James Jones or Dahntay Jones level player. There are situations that could happen that require us to need him, so, yes, I give him priority with occasional minutes first over Cedi and Ante.

Congrats to Cedi though for his first minutes as a Pro tonight and with IT and Rose both out tomorrow, if we have a decent 4th qtr lead tomorrow, Ante should see his first minutes as a pro as well.

Yeah. I just want to understand Lue's thinking and its hard to understand at times.

Like Wade closing out the game instead of Crowder makes no sense right? Crowder was just amazing tonight while Wade was bad ,and he should get the minutes to close out the game and get the win, he deserved it.

Anyways, i'm more concerned for Rose now. I think he has a role for us against the Warriors if we play him right and we need to somehow protect him from himself.

I think they are playing extended minutes to get used to each other. These guys are still in preseason mode and need to gel.

Here's my thought on that. And it's just opinion only.

At about 5:30 left, we were crushing them and it looked like they had lost their will for the game. Now at this point, I think Lue is looking towards tomorrow's game and thinking Crowder gets asked to the most energy wise combined on both sides of the ball. Tons of switching on D as well as often matching up against the best guy. Then tons of cuts on O and general hustle. Same with Korver on offense. He just runs around through tons of screens and interference. So I think the though process at that point was,"we've got this in hand, let's keep Crowder and Korver's legs fresh for the game tomorrow" Not necessarily that it was complete empty the bench time, to early for that and usually LeBron plus any combo of 4 dudes can hold it down/hold ground for another 3-4 minutes.

MIL however had a little more fight left in them and didn't just roll over for that final 5 minutes. So much so that Lue brought Crowder back in at around three and a half minutes.

Just my opinion on that. I think if MIL wouldn't have made that mini run to bring it down from 18 to 11-13 points, we'd have seen both benches empty around the 3-4 minute mark instead of the 1 minute mark

Why not have Bron or Wade play point tomorrow?

I think Lue could do that but it puts too much on Wade and LBJ in a unnecessary way. Also I think they have to see what they have with Calderon. Playing early on like tomorrow might make it a real easy decision later to cut or move him for a more useful player.

Doesn’t look good, as in a bad LOW ankle sprain, the dreaded HIGH ankle sprain, or dislocated, like we what we saw with Gordo, the other night?

Or did he(Lue or Lloyd) mean, it doesn't look good for him to play tomorrow? Lloyd could have definitely made that tweet/quote a little clearer.

Rose didn’t seem too bothered about it in his postgame interview. I don’t think it’s something that should keep him out long.
