Game 32 | Cleveland Cavaliers (23-8) @ Milwaukee Bucks (15-13)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Amazing how we pulled back from being down 20 in the fourth. It's actually encouraging despite the loss, that we have that ability.
It all came down to the last couple of shots in the end.

We were playing really lazily for 3 quarters though. Maybe it's the schedule.
But we do have a bench to trust and that's a very good sign.

We have the Bulls next and I think it's a good game to give LeBron and possibly Wade a rest. I do think we can beat them with just our bench and Love.

If the Coach could have confidence in JR Smith, Korver would not have been in there when dead tired. They are going to need to either upgrade the SG position, or hope Shumpert competition can bring out something in either or both.

Giannis got away with several shoves late in the 4th. They were very blatant.

Yeah, that was fantastic, but was thinking they should have brought KLove back same time as Lebron. He is after all our second best player.

He can’t guard anyone on the bucks. He was where he belonged. Green was better.

Bledsoe has really improved the Bucks. Watching a bunch of the guys we could have gotten for Kyrie was depressing. I really am looking forward to having IT get on the court and prove that this trade was worth it.

We'll see how much he really improved them.

Sure when his shot is money like it was tonight....it looks great. But he's a mediocre shooter at best most night.

They're still floating awfully close to .500 for having a guy as good as Giannis. With a lot of really perplexing losses given their talent.

Something is just off with this Milwaukee team. Unless theyre shooting above average on the night their offense is questionable at best.

Their bench is the worst in the league.
I don't watch Bucks games but I would guess this is a major contributor.

Agree with having Green out there, but who do we have better at the 5 then KLove? It's not like it's better having Crowder or TT out there.

It's not about Better, it's just about matchup. He was just a non factor on defense in that game and we had to collapse and recover in order to make up for his lack of rim protection and thus allow the Bucks wide open looks.

Rather have Green at the 5 and LEbron at the 4 or vice versa in crunch time against a team that creates scoring opportunities because of penetration by Giannis.

Also, Kevin shouldn't share the front court with Jae as he provides zero rebounding help for Kevin.

That trade will never be worth it.

Love Korver, but he shouldn't have been on the floor late...

Can't believe I'm saying this, but we maybe should have tried Jose.

I guess thats the good thing about IT joining the team. When Korver is off/tired we don't have to force him out there.

Can just go IT/Wade/LeBron/Green or Crowder/Love

It might be encouraging but also discouraging. Something is clearly not right with the rotations that are on the floor as far as defense goes.

Only reason that we almost won tonight was because we finaly had great matchups going in our favour and the defensive problems that we had in the first 3 quarters were no longer there and that's on the mix of players that are being put on the floor at the same time.

We wouldn't have come back with a different lineup. Gotta think of ways to matchup better on the fly and not have set lineups against unconventional teams such as the Bucks.

Just call it what it is, great entertaining game and as usual in a Cavs loss, they beat themselves.

That 4th quarter defense was swarming.

Giannis getting away with sumo wrestling moves on both ends. Fuck this shit.

Like this one with 30 seconds to go when he shoved Crowder into the 2nd row.....

I guess so, it's true Bledsoe is pretty inconsistent...he can look like a world beater some nights (like tonight) but when you look at him over the course of a season he has a ton of off nights.

Still, they are 12-7 in games he has played in since they picked him up. That's not so bad, but you're right not as good as you might expect given their starters. Things do drop off pretty sharply for them after their top five players. Maker has not taken the leap this year.
