Game 34: Bulls @ Cavs, Wednesday, January 4, 2017, 8:00 PM EST: ESPN

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I know he's sick, but disappointing effort from LeBron this 4th Qrt. WAAAAAAAYYYYY too much passing to guys like McRae and Liggins.
I think he was pissed cause they weren't moving the ball tonight. So he let them fuck it up.

They shouldn't have played LBJ tonight. Why not give him the rest, Cavs weren't winning this anyway.

LBJ has been out for 3 games already so far this season but somehow Love/Kyrie have been out for more games again this year.

We were within 4 with all momentum. LeBron was coming back in. But Felder was the guy that was leading the charge.... and he gets taken out? That was a big hit to keeping momentum. And Mcrae comes in? Bigger hit to momentum. To top it off, Frye doesn't play with LeBron? Just horribly mismanaged at that point in the game. But oh well.

At least LeBron didn't get injured. Thank God. And he did have a great game under the circumstances of having the flu and playing with these scrubs.

Felder came out because they were worried the Bulls would keep putting him in the pick and roll to have to guard Butler.

I didn't agree with taking Frye out. We were down and needed scoring and TT was awful offensively tonight.

My biggest issue, even with that Butler charge call, was that we ran a play that didn't even involve LeBron (maybe it was supposed to?) coming out of the time out when I believe we were only down 4. We had McCrae and Liggins screw up trying to get the ball to Frye and then McCrae turned it off. So dumb. Just give the ball to LeBron in a position to initiate offense and go from there, those guys are too limited to be setting up an offensive possession.

I too believe Mccrae is gone. He just doesn't show enough offensively on a consistent basis to offset his atrocities committed defensively. This team needs a couple more players. The bench is pretty scary right now.

Felder had the offense flowing. LeBron came in and did knock down some shots but the offense got out of wack. They put Felder off the ball, I felt they should have rode him at point for as long as possible.

Decent game.

Got a good look at at the bottom half of the bench.

Griff and Gilbert have a decision to make. We need a player or two. So, we have to decide whether we waive of one of Mo or Birdman or just cut McRae before his contract becomes guaranteed. My guess is we waive off McRae. He has shown some flashes but it is pretty evident that he isn't going to contribute much. Feel a bit bad for him but that is what will most likely happen.
Don't feel bad there are a

The problem was you have no shooters on the floor with Lebron. Lebron's efficiency goes down when no one can make a shot.

And he played 37 minutes too. Probably felt more like 48. You might have to seriously consider not playing him Friday. The Nets are awful, let's hope Kyrie and Love are ready to go if LB needs a day off.

He probably lasts until the full deadline but traded nonetheless.

Anyone know why Dunleavy didn't play tonight? He was the only dressed player who didn't log a minute as far as I know.

Bottom line is 4 of your starters are not playing. No team in the NBA can be expected to win that game even with Lebron.

I mean considering Mcrae came in and got scored on at least three times in a row, I don't think that would be a good excuse. I'd take my chances with Felder. At least he brought energy and moved the ball.

Hopefully because we don't want him to get injured before we trade him.

when isn't TT awful on offense?

The front office needs to be sure that McRae has trade value, his contract is guaranteed on January 9th if I'm correct. Cutting him after the deadline will be a bigger hit to the cap to get someone else in.
