Game 34 | Cavs (24-9) @ Warriors (25-6) Monday December 25, 2017 | 3:00 PM EST (Merry Christmas)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yes getting IT on the team makes the offense better/easier. However, are we really going to resort to my turn/your turn again? All 5 players should have been an option on the floor.

As @gourimoko @cavsfever said before if we're really just resorting to the same stuff but swapping IT for Kyrie....thats not making anything changes for the better.

Wade should have handled the ball more. LeBron should have been cutting more. I hope and pray IT gets the calls he was getting in Boston cause with Durant, Green, Bell's length on the outside/inside we're going to miss those crazy Kyrie layups

Yes, IT is just not as good at being ISO Kyrie as Kyrie himself is. Maybe if the refs are giving him a lot of calls he gets close, but that won't happen in the playoffs as much

I liked what I saw defensively from the cavs. Gotta get buckets against these guys obviously. Green/Crowder I love on Durant. Can’t wait until IT comes and lebron adds even another shooter. LBJ,IT,KL, and Korver with either crowder or green on the floor at once... And Leave Iggy open for every three he takes. He can’t fucking shoot consistently.

The Cavs only chance to go to game 7 against these GSW is to get the HCA! We have to play for it and we have the chance to have it this season plus we need to get rid off JR and TT!
I think that a lot of you have a short memory! It’s not the last 10 games that JR is playing awfully but it has been like that from the last season to. JR has been awful since the end of game 7 against the GSW in 2016!

What the hell are y’all talking about? The cavs set defense was ok, we allowed 33 fastbreak points! That’s means more than 1/3 of their points came on fast break points. Which were caused by lazy defense, sloppy turnovers, missed coverages, whining to refs, etc.

Overall defense was bad. But if you wanna praise their team set defense that’s all fine and dandy but defense is about getting stops and SECURING the rebound.

This just factually incorrect. Dude was the main reason game 5 wasn't a runaway last year. He also had a very good postseason.

The transition defense is concerning because it should be an effort thing, but it's plagued the team for 2 years now, and it's just as bad when they make shots. I don't really know how you fix it.

Our only hope is 3 things..

We dominate them on the boards.
We stop blowing easy baskets at the rim (missed layups = easy baskets the other way vs. the Warriors)
Our bench vastly outplays them.

Every year is different. No guarantee LeBron is going to be in triple double mode against these Warriors. No guarantee IT easily makes up the 27 to 29 Kyrie was giving us.

We want to beat this we need to use some quick offense plays other than a LeBron or IT iso.

Watching the game today with JR and TT's performace....eh I'm not too sure sitting on that Nets pick is that great of an idea either.

I saw some serious concerns in terms of our late game offense, defensive breakdowns (non Steph team), and the Warriors addition of Jordan Bell. The Warriors have a habit of making our role players struggle. Korver again strapped up.

They now have someone playing the 5 who is not automatically toast when he switches on LeBron.

LeBron/Lue's gotta stop resorting to LeBron save us mode cause the Warriors are just now too good. That isn't Harrison Barnes out there..

LeBron on the ball does not work against this team. IT will change that.

I'm not saying give up on JR, but we need to have another option ready to roll if JR isn't right. He cost us big time those 1st two games of the finals last year.

Would deandre Jordan have helped today?

Cavs lost because they shot 32 percent from the field, easy missed bunnies at rim, not finishing when getting contact, etc. GS scored 99 points granted without curry. We lost because JR and TT are liabilities on the court. Not because of defense. In my humbling opinion.

Shit, everyone not named LeBron cost them.

But yeah, I agree that they probably need another option. I just hate this glossing over that happens in both the good and bad times.

Looking at the replay
LBJ got fouled no once he drove by KD- clear foul

Then fouled again on the shot attempt

These refs

I’ll enjoy this season regardless, but we ain’t beating this fucking team in a 7 game series. Coward moved the goalposts. Don’t give a shit though. You LeBron dickriders get ready to become Rockets fans.

Cavs and Cleveland ‘til I die.
