Game 38 | Cavaliers (28-9) @ Blazers (17-23) | January 11, 2017 | 10:30 PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We need to regroup and at least get a win in Sacramento (we'll see what happens in Oakland...).

Cavs are just in one of "those" stretches. Still the champs. Still in control in the East. We were never going to have a better record than the regular season champs over in Oakland, but as we showed this summer, it doesn't matter.

Lots of good stuff for the Cavs to go over on film. Lots of teachable moments. Cant' wait to get the whole team home and a few good practices in.

Also, damn,we miss the hell out of JR

Good night all.

I think this was the best line I read in this whole thread. I agree and such and underrated player.

The Cavs will rise from the ashes of this slump like a mighty phoenix yada yada regular season yada yada get off your hands Griff yada yada championship. G'night.

And fuckit might as well start Korver since we're starving for offense and it's the popular opinion. I'm not giving up on Liggins though, he fills the Delly shaped hole in my heart.

Yeah we need JR back as soon as we can, that fixes everything.

Lue needs to rethink the rotations. They got all out of whack when Kyrie got hurt and now with Korver in the rotation, how each player rotates in has to be thought through. Felder didn't play a good game but it didn't help him either to have to play with a different group.

It should all get sorted when they have more time to practice. The question for me is do they wait on a backup point guard or try to get one in now so they can break Korver and the new PG now, taking the lumps now all together.

Whatever, drop this, look at video, and continue getting better.

Dismantle the Kings on Friday, and we should be good.

Lets go!

They're losing to the Kings on Friday.

It's just time for our mid season lull, roster stress and changes just have us out of sync, it'll get fixed by the time we need it to be.

Who cares, we win our champs... Thanks you D.Green for being idiot and allowing us to win game 5!
It kills me that Irving after all these years in the leagues and he didn't learn to play defense? He won't ever be a top 15 player in the league.

Offense has sucked the last 2 games, both under 40%. Obviously its not time to panic but I want to break this offensive slump quick because it can either linger to long or jolt a spark.

I was even against playing this game, I thought the league showed their greed with this one and a practice today and say this game scheduled for Thursday would have been ideal and a better situation for this team on the offensive end.

The Sacramento Kings are next, I hope they don't take them for granted and I hope we rain 3s on their asses.

Looks like the minutes are starting to pile up. Kyrie has a lingering ham injury, I saw him holding it in pain for two straight games. He looks slow and he isn't creating offense for others and himself. I don't like this injury and we all know how his "small" injury ended in 2015.
Everyone looks tired and that new acquisition isn't looking too good in our offense. Too iso oriented for it to work now, not enough open looks for him to be a net positive.
It might be a hot take and things change in the next few games but right now, I would have put that pick to a much better use elsewhere.

Do you remember the specifics? When? Would explain his terrible play. I know Rudy Gobert's an athletic big but there were many times Kyrie should've blown by him and couldn't.

Don't remember exactly when it was against the Jazz, but against Portland I think it was in the 3rd quarter.
