Good for you. I am big on absurdity in literature in general and Slaughterhouse has it in spades.
Catch 22 is my favorite book of all time, but Slaughterhouse 5 isn't too far behind. Much more compact, obviously but a lot heavier and more depressing. Not as funny, but definitely humorous at times.
Havent read Breakfast. I see the equally bizarre John Malkovich reads the audiobook. I should check it out.
