Except for the fact his trainer actually wants him to play a lot of minutes the first half of the season and then taper the minutes down the second half prior to the push into the playoffs. Now 44 is a bit much for a no care game but they did a hell of a job coming back from a first half shit show, especially Kyrie.

If we cared a lot about defense then Korver is not who we would have traded for. Someone said it in this thread and I think they are right. Defense is going to be a problem for us. Apart from KI, LBJ, Shump and Swish .. I do not see any other noteworthy prime defenders. I am not going to lie to you and say that our defense is acceptable, but the truth is the way we are constructed even if we let this team score 120+points, we can score 130+.

I know we have all been blaming LeBron for the turnovers for a while, but how many more corner 3's will Love miss ? What is happening with Frye ? Korver is nowhere near his Atlanta self. All three of these players can only space the floor and score, not defend. So if they are not scoring then what good are they ?

This team is allowing like 113p in the last 15 games.... Wake up please! You won't repeat with this defense and you won't improve your defense with this aging roster. In the modern nba basketball and with all these threes you need fresh and athletic young legs that can run to defende the outside shooting.

I don't know what to type. Too many damn minutes for LBJ, Big 3 go ham and no one else shows up, the defense has sucked recently.

It's fucking January and I know they are in a malaise right now but that is no excuse for logging unnecessarily long minutes and not playing capable defense. You put forth any sort of defensive effort, you probably win the last 2 games.
