Game 46 | Thunder (28-19) @ Cavs (31-14) | January 29, 2017 | 3:30pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Kyrie is acting like a leader out there. I'm loving it.

Great game tonight.

Nothing to bitch about.

Gonna go have a great rest of the night.

Thanks Cavs.

Kyrie had 10 assists too?! Wow, didn't even realize. 29 and 10 vs Westbrook, great game. He owned him.

Yep. Outplayed him comfortably.

To be fair to Westbrook, that OKC team is flawed because it has really poor shooting and spacing which they desperately need to maximize Russ' offensive arsenal. But still, a lot of boneheaded plays by Russ.

Kyrie feels like a true alpha when Love is off the court. He gets more freedom atleast in his own mind to do his own thing.
When Kyrie wants to do his own thing, for better and occasionally worse, he does it no matter who he's on the floor with

And yet I saw something different tonight. He also looked different once Love went out with a concussion.
I'm convinced he needs to have the Ball in his hands much more and the team shouldn't worry about incorporating or force feeding Kevin Love.
The team needs to run the offense through him with either LBJ or TT as the roll man and try to make him a better playmaker, cause he can certainly be one.
And ofcourse still rock the occasional ISO magic.

Btw, glad we played defense. See when we play defense, we dont have to knock down shots.

We didnt shoot particularly well from 3, or as a team overall. But defense was phenomenal. Kept the thunder at below 40%. Well done, lue and cavs!

Great game by the cavs, a couple of thoughts

You could really see how much love was missed during the middle of the 3rd. The offense just stopped. Kyrie and lebron just dribbled the air out of the ball about 10 consecutive possessions. Would have been nice to go to love down low.

I completely missed westbrooks 9th assist, and his 10th assist was questionable.

At least 4 or 5 times westbrook just drove into the defender with no intention of getting off a real shot, and it was called a shooting foul. The nba needs to fix that.

By my count westbrook got called for at 5 foul calls between the 2nd and 3rd quarters. He ended with 3 fouls. The only thing i can think of was the refs giving them to other guys in the area?

Either way felt westbrook got treated completely differently than lebron or kyrie
