This is what the worrying part is.

I know some feel we can flip on the switch and we can once we have everyone back but in majority of the close games this season, we haven't been able to get stops at all. That aspect is what is worrying me the most.

I've been saying he's not a good coach for the entire season TBH. I'm still confident we basically won the finals based on Kyrie and LeBron's phenomenal individual performances. I don't see play running. I don't see a defense. The entire quarter was us losing the roller on the p'n'r because the big hedged too hard, then having the guard realize that and run half way between. Because of our lack of an inside presence, guys like RJ are helping off shooters and it doesn't work out. That's the sign of bad coaching. It also doesn't help that we go on offensive cold streaks when LeBron sits. It might get better in time when we integrate all the pieces. But I feel like Lue has played a huge role in the complacency of this squad and he needs to whip them into shape or gtfo.

This doesn't look like a championship team. This doesn't look like a Finals team. I keep hoping they will flip the switch, but they haven't. It's a shame given how well they played in Feb.

I was. I just don't think there is downside to making life easier for yourself.

We are losing all kinds of unnecessary games with LeBron playing 40 minutes. They are playing, but they aren't going all out. If you are going to play LeBron 40 minutes, why not go all out, win the winnable games, clinch early, and rest up in the week or two before the playoffs?

I was excited for Smith and the James dunks were something special but this game was ugly. I'm not pissed they have lost 3 in a row, I'm disappointed in the defensive intensity. All these games could have been different with some defensive intensity. I hope it's just out off boredom or working in 2 guys now. I don't think a win against Orlando is going to fix things but I sure as hell need to see it.
