Game 76: Pacers @ Cavs, Sunday, April 2, 2017, 6:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yeah, we needed LeBron putting in 50 superhuman minutes against a 36-win team at home.

AWFUL

This game only reinforced how unprepared we are for the task that lay ahead.

We absolutely needed to win a game like this. It was a great game with a lot of lessons learnt where we were able to overcome a lot of issues, a great night by a great player, and get a win.

Cry like a little girl over LeBron playing a lot of minutes in a double overtime game all you want. But you've been crying about his minutes all year and he continues to get stronger as the year goes on. Like he always does. He looks as athletic at this point of the season as he has looked his entire time back in Cleveland.

I enjoyed the win tonight. Sucks for you that you can't enjoy anything.

Overcome what issues, exactly? Learned what lessons? Lue's season-long inability to properly set a rotation or control LeBron's minutes? Our decrepit defensive ranking continuing to plummet into the basement tiles? Complacency that loses big leads? Double overtime AT HOME against a team that's won 36 games all season?

Seems like the only things separating this from being a "horrible game" and "great game" are a few measly points.

Is this fucking person recording a tablet with their phone or something?

That doesn't even look serious. Looks like they're intensely joking... especially when LeBron turns around and sees Lue's goofy ass clapping. Then @ 0:19 LeBron is behind TT and TT is still yelling at someone.

Yeah, I'm not sure TT is even going at LeBron, or at least not all of it. Who knows.

Yessss baby lets play him 48 min every game then you will be happy when we lose in the playoff, because we run him into the ground playing him 41 min every fucking game at age of 33 years against a 35win team. This team is a 10-12th side in the fucking weak cheat east conference without LBJ!

He averages 41 minutes? Since when? Source?

37.4 MP per game average so far this year.
2006-2007 was the last year he was close to 41 at 40.9 minutes.
40.4 in 2008-2009, and never saw a 40+ minute average again.

Wow at that game. I wanted a convincing win and it over before the fourth, but both teams had something different on their minds. Entertaining from a fan view but nerve racking from every other position. Not really going to break it down because it was basically who blinked first that lost but I will say I had Indiana's feed and that dust up in 2nd OT was nothing. Onto the next one.

Didn't get to watch the game, but looking at the full highlights... Dang, nearly every shot the Pacers made was contested. Much better effort on the defensive end.

Also, Love was insanely clutch and huge down the stretch. Good job by all the people crying earlier in the thread. Hope the crow was tasty.

Maybe watch the full game before telling people to eat a Crow? That's the least you could do.

Perhaps you should read the entire game thread so you know what people were saying. They were clearly proven wrong down the stretch.
