How do you cook it?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I got this one:

Definitely racist. While I was reading it, a complete "What the fuck is this shit!?" was going on in my head. I can't tell if this is supposed to be a joke or not. Either way, it comes off as racist.

The end!

I thought it was racist, but against White people... Particularly with the "gone done" bit at the end.

Not sure if that joke worked out as intended.

This one is from a few weeks ago, but hot damn did it turn out well.

Ancho chili rubbed pork belly tacos with pickled red onions, grilled pineapples, and guac. To be honest, I could have just eaten that entire fucking pork belly by itself it was so good, but the tacos were phenomenal as well.

I used this recipe and highly recommend it:
http://sharedappetite.com/recipes/pork-belly-tacos-with-ancho-chili-roasted-pineapple-and-avocado/

The recipe calls for avocado rather than guac, but we had some leftover guac from the previous night so we just used that and it was fine. The recipe also calls for queso fresco crumbled on top, but I forgot about that for the first taco and didn't feel like taking another picture of taco number two because I was too busy devouring like four of these fuckers.

I decided I spent too much money at Mexican places for enchiladas. And few, if any, ever have Enchiladas Verde but with beef (ground or shredded).

So, I made my own. Even better than a restaurant's.

Anyone have a killer lasagna recipe?

I think I am going to try Korean BBQ (bulgogi) tonight. I've cooked it before but I am thinking of a new approach.

Let's keep the food porn thread trucking along.

Do you want a quick dish or an old fashioned recipe? I've got both and both are killer (Americas Test Kitchen recipes)

Thank you. I'm going to try that.

I'd be interested in seeing the other one whenever you have time.

Have you ever tried Taco lasagna?

In short, find any top rated lasagna recipe on the internet, and just replace some of the ingredients with taco ingredients...

For example, use mexican style shredded cheese, cook the ground beef with taco seasoning...use lots of cheese in between layers....it will be amazing, and everyone will love it! Promise you...

anyone have any good coleslaw recipes? I don't like mine extra creamy. (I know coleslaw is easy as shit, but I know some people have different variations, etc.)

I will start taking pictures of my good recipes, too.

Especially with summer rolling around the corner, I remember this thread was jam packed with great BBQ/grill recipes/rubs.
