His numbers are just slightly, I mean, slightly better than they were here.

And I contribute that to him getting healthier.

But they're still really, really fucking bad.

No where close to the all-star he was last few seasons.

I don't think he ever gets back to that level, honestly.

I guess now people here will start calling Luke Walton as genius since now he's able to hide IT on the defense. Our talented PGs were not able to do much against him last night.

It's funny to see hypocrisy here, when IT plays a bad game you can see 10 posts here but after he balled it's dead silent here.

And lastly I believe last night's game served well to the people here calling IT as midget. Enjoy your day!

Last night's game still didn't make me want him on the team.

The problem with IT was when he was still a Cavs, he wants to be treated like Kyrie, he wants to be a leader here. He was so arrogant. He always have something to say. Which disappoints LeBron I think.
When he was traded to Lakers, he agreed to come off the bench.

I’m still going to laugh at whatever team grossly overpays him this summer.

Having a great game against the Cavaliers is not impressive at all. Our defense is fucking pathetic.

Steve Nash could come in, right now, and look like a prime John Stockton against us.

The midget having a good game against us is nothing to write home about.

Are you kidding ? Of course he would wanted to be treated like Kyrie because we traded him for Kyrie and statistically he was a better player than Kyrie when the last season ends. I am not even talking about he was in 2nd all nba team and he was in the MVP conversations.

so you expected him to come here and act like he was nobody or a rookie right out of college ? and you wanted him to come off the bench for who ? Calderon or Rose... If you really were expecting that I think you are out of your mind. He had to do that for LA because Boston and Cavs pretty much killed his career together and he is in a desperate situation plus LA has a guy in his position drafted 2nd overall (I believe he is big bust who shoots FT less than%50) so they have to start that guy. But if they want to re-sign IT and I believe they will try, they will have to guarantee a starting spot for him next year.

this whole thing is on Lebron... He should have shown better leadership to integrate IT to the team and this could pay off since we clearly need a second scorer who can create his own shot when Lebron struggles and now this role belongs to Hood or JC and they never played a play-off game. I know everybody in Honeymoon mode after the trades but I believe we are in trouble, I hope I am wrong.

I will not stop saying that because that's I believe; We gave up on IT too early. He is fighter, he can create his own shot and he can feed guys in the paint. We gave up on him because Lebron did not want another leader in the team if it was about performance JR would be the first one to go. And if he decides to leave in the off season we wouldn't have any MVP type player who can lead this team.

PS: I think I should add this: Instead of expressing your opinion you can choose to be loser and click one of the buttons on the lower right like Funny, Disagree etc. So just act like your regular day as a loser. Oh and you can call IT as midget as well that would make you a big man.

How much would you have paid Isaiah Thomas this summer?

That depends on who you have in your roster. If Lebron re-signs he could be expandable but if not and considering you have to spend %90 of your salary cap each year and it's not easy to attract FA, you could even max him because one way or another this money will be spent.

I do think the Cavs gave up on IT too early and I think Lebron couldn't stand him before he even played his first game on the Cavs, but that's the way it is. He wasnt close to good enough to back up his big mouth as a Cavalier for reasons that we don't understand..intense five on five practice, game reps and things that were given to him as a Laker to make him return to better shape faster. It's what it is and the bottom line is that he just didn't fit with our core groups and particularly with Lebron.

Cavs have some core issues that attributed to it as we clearly see now. He does look much better to me when I watch him and his stats do show that he has improved, but not yet even close to his career averages.
He is still a huge defensive hole and he needs a high usage to be a net positive and with the way we decide to play and how Lebron wants to play it's just not an option.

Front Office and Lebron should have thougt about it beforehand and aimed for Smart or Rozier instead and asked for some more candies while they were at it.

All good points, not much to add from me. I am not sure how I feel about Lebron is being decision maker here. If he will stay here until he retires I am all in but If he will leave in the off season he pretty much destroyed this organization long term.

If Lebron leaves the Cavs will get nice big compensation in return... you will see if it indeed happens.
