Where have you seen this? Haven’t seen any report.
Here. This is from Vardon today:

17. Neither James Posey nor Michael Longabardi, the two assistants who stayed to help Larry Drew after Lue was fired last season, are expected to return under Beilein. The Cavs’ player development staff, including Dan Geriot, who moved to the front of the bench after last year’s shakeup, and Mike Gerrity, are likely to remain with Cleveland.

Are we having a parade if Longo is really out? :)

Beilein actually utilizes NBA principles. In the NBA these days, most teams guard the 3 instead of helping inside when an opposing player goes baseline or to the basket. Most NCAA teams always help for the ball and then rotate. However Beilein’s team is not to leave legit 3 pt shooters open and not help the opposing player driving baseline and mark the shooter waiting to get the ball.

He better keep his nose out of the draft process unless he has bought into why he is here which is to develop young players for long term success not assemble meh ceiling role players for his system that will never win championships. This isn't college

Why even make this post? Like what thought process brought you to this comment?

There was no thought process. I do not understand why people here already think beilien is going to screw up the draft or why many here want to dump sexton

It's a challenge to the org to put their $ where their mouth is and pick a high upside player at 5 that needs developing not a high floor no ceiling role player like Hunter who Beilein loves because he is a elite defender that can stand in the corner and shoot set shots at a high % if he only takes 2 a game.
I have no problem with the hire at all, if he does what they brought him in to do and don't cave to his desire for more nba ready players to fit his system. this is what the later 1sts and acquired 2nds are for..
