So Long Jordan Clarkson ( aka Chucky McJumperson)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He plays like a spider monkey on crack, a 6 yr old behind the wheel of a Ferrari, etc etc. choose your analogy. He has zero feel for the game and the playoff courts tightening up really expose his deficiencies. I convinced myself he’d be “instant offense” against GSW/Houston. Like a bangladeshi street urchin’s version of Kyrie. He’s just a chucker and that’s all there is to it.
I wonder is this who he is going to be or can he improve.

"Michael" Jordan turned into typical Jordan Clarkson in the second half. Thanks for the first half points Jordan but wish your head didn't get so big after a made shot

I think he could be really good for us, but he clearly needs coaching. Be aggressive ain't gonna do it

Agreed. I think he has the tools and he flashed them when he first came here, but he needs real development and coaching. Lue ain’t that guy.

Very good first half.

Complete shitshow of a second half.

I like the guy, but the next time we really need a bucket and Lue allows him to ISO 1 on 5.... then my head is definitely going to explode.

Clarkson is one of those guys you ride while he is hot. He should have started the 3rd quarter at PG just to see if he could keep his 1st half performance going. Lue sat him from the 2:30 mark of the 2nd quarter till the 3:30 mark of the 3rd quarter. That's a long time to sit especially with our starting PG out.

Lue also only made 1 sub the ENTIRE 3rd quarter, which is laughable and ridiculous.

I really think Lue is scared to make lineup changes in game because he won't be able to make the proper adjustments to the rotation after it. I couldn't believe Lue stayed with Love after he was playing like crap, not getting back in transition, and fouled for no apparent reason. I think any other coach in the league would have pulled him and had words with him as he went to the bench.

For better or worse this is what you get with Clarkson. Pop and Phil Jackson combined couldn’t turn him in to something he’s not.

Jordan will be 26 years old entering his 5th season, his best chances of improving would be to increase his 3pt%.

Give his freakin minutes to Cedi for the love of god: really think a guy like Hood would play well off of Cedi. He gets the ball moving on the perimeter quickly and doesn't feel the need to try to make some cool dribbling moves to put up a bad shot like Clarkson

This little shit should be on notice: Either start playing with the team or Calderon replaces you permanently.

Replacing Hood/Clarkson with Calderon/Cedi may hurt at times offensively, but you know the effort and defense will improve a ton. I am just sick of the Cavs giving all these chances to these kind of 'offensively' talented shits who don't get the job done.

Player for a tanking team, not one with any ambitions to compete. Tunnel vision, no understanding of how to play within a team unit. The lack of system does not help of course but he just clutters everything up.

Yep - very surprised that he got the contract that he did.
