Thanks for the memories, scrub lord.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

I wish the dude the best.

But to get cut over Kay Felder? Damn. That's ice cold.

I feel nothing for him getting cut except joy.

We won a championship, but he had nothing to do with it.

He's a scrub, he's always been a scrub, and by God's graces, he got a ring out of us and two seasons of NBA pay. Really lucky dude, invest wisely because the NBA has seen enough film of him to know he doesn't belong here.

He's been wasting this roster spot for far too long. I would've rather it had been Dahntay wasting the spot, to tell you the truth.

McRae had years of opportunity on our team to learn to fit in, not chuck incessantly when he gets to play, and learn to commit to some defense at least.

He gave us none of those improvements. We should have given his chance to some other hungry 23-25 year old from the D-League. They may have gotten the memo.

I love McRae's scoring potential. Hope he catches on somewhere as a scorer off the bench.

The issue with McRae and the Cavs this postseason is we definitely don't lack in scoring. If anything, it's a journey to get back to our defensive fundamentals. And McRae can't be part of the solution there.

McRae - at this point in his career - does not fit on a serious playoff team. Perhaps a team like Philadelphia, LAL, or Sacramento could pick him up and guarantee him at least 15-20 minutes per game for the rest of the season. He's in a tough spot because he isn't "young," is a score-first guard who isn't efficient, and still struggles to find a role on his team.

I really like McRae, and I was admittedly one of the fools who bought into his "potential," but unless a team is willing to guarantee him playing time in order to see if he can find his role, I think he'll be out of the NBA sooner than later.

Then on the true final day... I swear we treat these players like they are dieing lol.

I feel so bad that he made nearly ONE MILLION DOLLARS to practice basketball all year.

Edit...3/4 of the year

Deuces!!!

He's the Terrence Kinsey/Manny Harris of this generation.

It was never anything personal. He seems like a good enough dude and it looked like he enjoyed his time while he was here. But he didn't provide anything this team needed on the court, and I'm glad we made the right decision of keeping Liggins despite the fact he might not be best friends with all the teams star players.

I'm sure Kyrie and Shump will miss him. At least Mcrae got that guaranteed money. That was nice of us to do.
