Kevin Love Trade Ideas

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The concern pertaining to blood clots, I'd read some article about Bosh where he was wanting to manage it how some other previous player did. Like, he'd take anti-coagulants most days to fight off the clots, then prior to a game, do something to de-power the coagulants (Vitamin K blast maybe?) so during game time he'd not be at the risk of bleeding out.

There were some issues w/ back to back's and that plan, but what's the real risk of playing with a theraputic INR? Bleed outs in the event of a compound fracture?

A hit to the head and then death via a subdermal hematoma

Butler, George, Cousins.

Even Cousins is one I'd have to seriously think about at this point.

If you're not bringing back one of those, there's no doable trade worthy of considering.

How does anyone feel about a Potential Trade now that he is out 6 Weeks?
Do we have to at least consider it for the right offer?

I still would not be satisfied with a straight Melo for Love swap.. we would need to get someone like O'Quinn back too. Melo is almost 5 years older than Love..

I would not even do it for Jimmy Butler.. he has a injury history too..

In a perfect world we would get a Star the same age as Love without any injury concerns.. but i am afraid that no such Star currently is available.

Then on the other Hand do we consider a "Mix of great Role Players" for Love?
Crowder,Bradley and swap the BKN pick for another valuable piece(Noel?)?

Would we do a Cousins/ Love swap?

I am hopefull that with the 6 Weeks away from the Game the rest of Kevins Body can heal as well and that he after all comes back healthier and stronger.. yet i cant ignore his injury history..

You're crazy. Butler is one of the few "sacred cows" that I would do a straight Love swap for asap.

I agree value wise it is worth it, but I dont like out team with Butler instead of Love, too many holes.

Where does Butler play? Sg? Not his natural position. SF? Lebron hates playing power forward.

If Lebron signs off on full time pf i would do this, but I doubt Chicago does or Lebron signs off on that.

Guys.. I want Butler as much as you if Lebron would play PF... But trading Love right now would only be reasonable if it was for a more! healthy Guy... Butler has played over 70 Game once! so far in his career.. he is not exactly Mr. Consistent so far..

Would Chi even do it? I dont know what their direction is if they have any^^
Do they want just another Star back for Butler or Young Player + Draft Pick?

I would think its much more likely they want Picks back than Love who is older than Jimmy.

Yeah they have no reason to do it unless they just hate Golden State a lot so it's not really realistic to talk about. Would need a third team that's trying to go for it but has a treasure chest of assets that's also in the west

Lol you guys seriously wouldn't trade Love for Butler?

We'd have the arguably best 1-3 in the league. Irving/Butler/LeBron >= Steph/Klay/Durant. Butler would be able to focus so much of his game on the defensive end... he'd be so beastly on defense which is what we'd need - AND capable of scoring when needed.

We'd create a bit of a hole at the PF position but in the playoffs we run 'Bron at the 4 a lot anyway. Irving/Butler/Korver/Bron/Frye(Thompson) would be just nasty. We'd create all kinds of crazy lineups without sacrificing much perimeter defense if Butler is involved.

Yes, we would trade Love for Butler... I don't think anyone wouldn't seriously do that trade, that's silly.

Only one angle I could see here. Bulls don't get any good offers involving young players or high picks. Love lets them get an All-Star in return while not adversely affecting their draft stock. Bulls just keep Love out all yeah, get a top 5 pick, and go from there. Might end up being the best option out there.
