LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Maybe the easiest fix to this mess is to trade the aging superstar who can still get a lot more value because of his name and who is going to leave anyway instead of kyrie....

If I am not mistaken, LBJ has a NTC... would be very difficult to find a team he will approve that also has some assets to give back to the Cavs...

LeBron I think is not going to agree to a trade that strips that team of assets. He'll play out his contract. He has a NTC

That's not on his Instagram account. Either he deleted it, or this is a fake. Can anyone else confirm?
It was on the live version-- I saw it earlier.. Had two different ones up there

Since the Kyrie situation is showing that an NBA contract isn't worth the paper it's written on any more, why wouldn't Lebron just go ahead and sign the longest possible super max contract he can? If he ever decides he wants to go elsewhere he can just force a trade. Because in today's NBA players can effectively ignore their contract now and leave whenever they want, right?

After watching that video

It's obvious this is a ploy by the king and Kyrie

These two dudes are some else

No one is talking about the greatest team who can be the greatest dynasty of all time

They are talking about these two Cleveland dudes

Working the media like no other

Warriors who

I hope you're right but Kyrie is now vilified. I'm sure they could eventually get his rep back, but would be a weird way to get attention off the Warriors. Haha.

I think Kyrie asking for a trade will actually help our odds of keeping LBJ.

If we can flip Kyrie for a well balanced squad that isn't going to bolt after the end of this season, then LBJ will stay.

Why would LBJ want to go to the West? He already gets all the marketing and publicity he will ever need. He already has Hollywood coming to him whenever he wants. And if the Cavs put a great team around him, he's guaranteed to go to the finals for the next couple years.

LBJ wants to win another ring. If the Cavs give him the best shot at doing so (aside from him joining GSW), then LBJ will stay. Period.

Apparently LeBron is most upset because Kyrie never spoke to him directly about his desires and concerns with the team, and actually has gone the other way with constant praise and affection for him whenever they spoke.

Can't have two faced people.

If I were Silver I wouldn't be so nonchalant about this. Funny thing is now WE look like the bad guys if we actually told Kyrie F you and kept him until 2019. Even tho he signed the damn contract.

Silver has to create a blueprint for this situation because its happening so much now. Create a precedent. Because too many times the team that the star leaves from gets shafted because the player threatened to only resign long term with 1 or 2 teams. You guys ever see something happening and thought, this is gonna get much worse if its not stopped. What happens when a top guy like an Anthony Davis says f*** it and says he wants out in his contract year and says hed only resign with the Warriors? I mean seriously, what happens? Because eventually a star that big WILL make a move like that.

I think you have to create a system. In a move like this the team losing the star MUST receive 3 good players and a pick. OKC just got away with moving 1 good player and a average guy for PG13. Indiana should've gotten more than that flat out.
