LeBron really working on that jumper. Going to need even more now that Kyrie is gone and Rose is out there (until IT gets back)

I still wish LeBron convinced Wall to not re-sign with the Wiz so Wall could have been part of a 3 team deal to come to the Cavs.
LeBron would never tell a player to turn down the super-max DPE contract that Wall got. That’s the long and short of it.

If Kyle just hit that 3. Really think the series would have been very interesting if he did.

He did hit that three and the Cavs won a ring in part of it. Basically this is why Kyrie thinks he is OG... and as usual we shall see. Being under LeBron is a death sentence for most players.

He was referring Korver game 3. Biggest shot of his career. He can use that as motivation this year

Do you think Kyrie going to the Celtics increases the chances of Lebron staying? I mean, If I were him, I would want Kyrie to never reach the NBA finals again.. if Lebron goes to the West like rumoured, then Boston's the frontrunners to reach the Finals.

I have a feeling Lebron is going to stay in Cleveland for atleast a few more years.

Bron has bigger things to worry about than Kyrie. He is chasing all time greats and looking to build his brand after basketball. I would bet it doesn't factor into his decision at all, especially as he is creeping into his mid 30's. Younger Lebron maybe a diff story.

Sure, but there doesn't appear to be a better alternative for him if he indeed wants more rings.
Houston, SAS are both capped and LAL is a joke at this point, unless CP3, PG13 and Lebron all join next year.

You must be referring to the mythical half-man half-lion Kyrie Korver.

All the stuff around Tracy McGrady reminded me that McGrady never won even a single first round round playoff series his whole career (OK, he was on a SA team near the very tail end of his career that won a first round series, but he was a deep bench player and didn't even play in the playoffs). This is a HOF player that averaged over 24 PPG for seven years in a row and played with other HOF players as well.

By contrast, Lebron has never LOST a first round playoff series. In fact, it's been six years since he even lost a single GAME in a first round series.

He will never ever get credit for it because of his record in the Finals, but Lebron's track record as a winner is mind-blowing.

Could we please not use words LeBron and McGrady in the same thread?

:chuckle:

IMO there is no better place to get his max and compete than in Cleveland. It just doesn't exist. I don't think teaming up with PG on the Lakers is better than the cavs now.

LOL...The McGrady stuff is funny. For those of you old enough to remember, that reminds me of the old cleveland.com days when the resident troll in chief (Now) would say that James' ceiling was MAYBE that of McGrady's or Dominique Wilkins'. Good times.
