Lonzo Ball

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It's all fun and games lol

I'm saving my props for the kid until the end of the season.

I think one thing people aren't mentioning is that The Lakers are way better than people thought they would be. Just like The Knicks. A lot of people picked both of those teams to not only miss the playoffs but be two of the worse teams this year and both have been playing better than expected. Lonzo won't get any credit for that though even though they are trying to play off of his style of play.

Lonzo is not even the second or third reason they are doing well. That Kuzma kid is way better then expected and then you have Ingram improving and Brooks and KCP playing their vet roles. Lopez and KCP are solid starters on most NBA teams.

He finishes like he has no fingers.

I still like him though, but he needs a big that he can run the PnR with. Could be an elite PnR tandem with a competent big (Lopez doesn't count because he's too slow).

De'Aaron Fox, as he showed in the NCAA tournament, is simply clearly a better player than Lonzo Ball, IMO. And hes still a guy that needs a couple of years under his belt...but I think hes a star.

I know the tourney has flaws in terms of scouting...but maybe if two guys, at the same position, as the best guy on their team, go head to head...and one guy physically and mentally dominates the entire game....maybe that should be evaluated a bit differently.

It's official. Lance Stephenson has a better FG%, 3PT%, FT%, TS%, FT rate, offensive rating, winshares/48 and a lower turnover rate than Lonzo :chuckle:

This guy is complete garbage. He's got pretty solid playmaking and passing skills but that's about it.

He sells out for rebounds to pad his stats and gets burned a lot because of it, kind of like how Westbrook would get when he was chasing triple doubles.

Can't shoot a lick. 32/25/42 splits. Most broken jumper I've ever seen in my life.

I'd feel bad for him, but his dad is such an annoying asshole that I'm loving every second of his failures.

Nail in the coffin for him is that he can't draw fouls because defenders know they can just go up straight and he'll miss the shot. Hasn't made a free throw in seven straight games now, a streak that would make Calderon blush :chuckle:

That's fucking crazy: his FG% has been so jaw droppingly bad that I didn't even realize he can't even draw fouls

Lonzo rebounds and assists are fake news. Lopez let’s him get 3-4 boards no other better g would let happen and Lonzo barley creates the assists off creation. Usually a pass ahead or Lopez hitting 3s

But he was the youngest to record double digits in 3 seperate stats in a game!!! Because that’s important and not at all arbitrary!!!

Still not adjusting his touch around the rim, nor his shot. Fresh off a loss to the Kings he sat most of the 4th last night, was stuck at 21 minutes until he checked in the 4th and did nothing.

He barely draws fouls, I haven't saw him create off the dribble and stick a mid range shot, his spot up game is still terrible. When he dribbles in traffic he loses the ball and I saw that quite a few times already.

Luke Walton should also get fired too, dude had Kuzma riding the bench in winning time.

Luke Walton being considered a great up and coming coach stemming from coaching the Warriors just continues to be hilarious...

Love how this thread only sees activity when Lonzo/Lakers play poorly lol.

Such a joke. Continue the knee-jerk overreactions over a 20 year old who is barely even 20 games into his NBA career.
