You can’t put him into situation like LeBron, bunch of statues waiting for the pass. He doesn’t have the same physique, so you don’t want to iso him so much. He is more of a true pg despite his size so he can run more of a “classic” offense (sets). It also seems he gets the whole team going (LeBron was great at getting his and finding the open man, but the team easily cooled down despite that) when he is on the floor. This was very evident in his Real Madrid days. Energy picked up, defense started to level up, shooters got hot...

This X's 1,000!!!! Barnes and Wes Matthews are dragging that team in the ground. I'm curious, what type of advanced stats do you think are good indicators of high BBIQ - understanding off ball movement, spacing, etc.?

Great move for Dallas. Just a masterful job of rebuilding.

As for the Knicks...

If they strike out in free agency then people should be fired and Dolan should probably finally waive the white flag and sell. Could be a total epic disaster.

But if they strike gold over the summer, it could end up looking like a costly but necessary move to build NY's next superteam.

We'll see.

That seems insane. Why pass up max money that Dallas will most definitely offer him? Does he just want to play in NYC or LA?

He would be incredible stupid to do this. What happens if he gets a second ACL tear. He would never get max contract again and be playing for like 5 million like Boogie. The only thing I can think of is brother is an idiot and giving him REALLLY bad advice. Why do this NBA players let their families get involved and lose them millions ala Number 2 in Canada is crazy.

Let’s not ignore Hardaway Jr, he is imo no worse than DSJr himself, actually pretty fun player.
Aldrige and KAT ower Luka to the allstar team is stupid... the kid is really exciting and is actually shining globally and one of the top stories the whole season. We might witness one of the best post allstar rookie season ever...
