I think they are basically going with the Rose approach of missing the season as a preventative measure, and if it happens to help land them Wiggins in the process that is a bonus.

After seeing them last night they might be one of the worst teams the NBA has seen the past 5-10 years. They are freaking bad, so there is no sense in playing Noel this year when you can just let his knee get better.
 
Im actually rooting for this kid to make it...

Im pretty glad we didnt draft him but I will still root for the guy to have a solid career.

Garnett might have made this build work, but he had a lot of skill by the time he was 20, didn't have an injury history, and is one of the most intense basketball personalities of the last 20 years. Nerlins is going to be lucky to play the game pain free. I wish him the best, but he's got a long road ahead of him.

Are his knees really that bad? I haven't really read much on him since we passed on drafting him.
