New TV Series to watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Finished Bloodline Season 3/Final Season.

It was solid. You could definitely tell when they found out they weren't getting renewed given the big time jump.

The ending was ok. But I wish there was a bit more resolution to it all especially with respect to a couple characters.

I'm watching Chappelle show for the first time in a decade. Not sure how I feel about it anymore.

I remember at the time, the were some episodes that were just sort of uncomfortable.. Like killing a white guys dad and fucking his gf, and people just yucking it up. Like why is this funny? And that was probably the sentiment for all the races he picked on. I just.. It's harder for you to take offense to jokes when it's about someone that isn't supposed to represent you.

I don't think they killed the white guy's dad. They just stabbed him. :chuckle:

"Katie's got some big ass tittays."

Busted out House of Cards Season 5 the past couple nights.

It was certainly a major upgrade over the past two seasons. So losing their showrunner might have actually been a good thing.

I don't even want to watch the finale. But.. I can't let that fucking game be the last thing I watch today.

This is gonna suck

This is just beautiful. I made it 7 minutes before breaking down. 45 in and I have to take a break. Kevin and Nora's chemistry is just incredible. This story is just incredible. The charm, the depth. It's just tugging at heart strings and is genuinely fun to watch as it does. Fuck. I can't decide which ex to text.

It is an absolute shame that people aren't going to watch this series long enough to get to this episode.

Man. It is really, really frustrating that they played the original intro to close.. If they had just taken that and transposed to a major key, it would have literally been perfect.

I enjoyed the final episode. I have to give it a rewatch but i like how simple it was (or at least how simple it appeared)

I loved Nora's revelation that the 2% that disappeared were simply happy that, while they left the real world, they still felt fortunate to be able to live simply due to the fact there were so few of them "saved." Was a great way to illustrate why the 98% who were left are so conflicted, always wondering where their loved ones went and why? I am still not sure if she actually crossed over though. You could tell she was trying to get the scientists to stop the chamber from filling up but then it switched right to the older Nora scene. Even if she didn't cross over, she still seems like the type to make up the 2% story to comfort her. Why she needed to hide from Kevin for so long seemed a bit odd though. Was it b/c she was so ashamed for what she had done? who knows. All i know is that i will miss this show quite a bit.

Matt Libs! Perfect finale for one of the best shows to ever grace television.

Most people believe she was lying. Because Kevin needed to hear that to know they could be happy together. She needed closure. The theme of the episode was truth vs lies. Nora deemed everyone a liar. The nun pointed out that it's not a lie, it's just a nicer story. And then exposed Nora's hypocrisy as she lied about not knowing Kevin.

Lindelof intentionally devised the episode to be legitimate either way you considered Nora, liar or not. I think its better as a lie. I'm gonna work through it a few more times, I'm sure.

It was just an incredible episode. Justin Thoreux and Carrie coons acting is just awesome. It was so fucking real. I love Nora. You.. Felt this love story.

Best episodes were this one, Nora and Kevin's fight, finale of season 1, finale of season 2, and the episode before Kevin meets hotel for the first time. This was an absolutely amazing series. It sucks its over. I can't wait for Lindelofs next project. He's gifted. And young.

Just realized I missed BCS this week...

Season 5 HoC was the worst of all five. Really, really lame.

As I watch bcs, I can't help but start to pick up on Vinces flaws. The dialogue sometimes is unrealistic. I don't know if he's directing the episodes, but he keeps going back to this tool to show a character is nervous post hoc.. They let out a sigh of relief. All the actors are telegraphic their shit. There is no subtlety. When lawyer lady was nervous in front of her clients? I believe? She did that same exhale, and she like rolled her eyes and head around several times.

Its not a fucking silent movie, or a comic we fucking get it. You're stressed.

Shows still good. Nothing will beat leftovers. It spoils you.

Last man on earth is solid.

Portlandia is fantastic

Finishing this season of The Last Kingdom.

Holy shit. Better than last year.

I just love the pace the show moves at. So much shit happens over the course of eight episodes.

I remember laughing at the episode where he gets sold into slavery and has like an entire character arc during that episode that would have taken Game of Thrones like three seasons. :chuckle:
