New TV Series to watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
GLOW - A good first season

This show talks about how the Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling was formed. The pilot episode was a bit dull and just sets up the main characters but it gets much better as the episodes progress and the comedy content increases as well. The comedy is more like Weeds/Orange is the new Black than a Its always Sunny/ Veep but it is not as dark as the former.

As a wrestling fan, very little to do with actual GLOW.

I think it's awful.

This show is more about their own comedic interpretation of how the wrestling show was put together, the actors and their background, It has absolutely nothing to do with wrestling, training and the moves. Sorry I did not mention that. If you come in expecting a low scale WWE you will be mega disappointed.

not a new series by any means but Steven Moffat is went all out for his last season of Dr WHO.

I, in general, didn't find it funny. The wrestling was spot on with GLOW, the camp was too.

Just pretty meh, though. I finished it this morning. One of my least favorite Netflix shows.

Finally had time to watch Breaking Bad (yes, I'm fully aware of how late I am to this). More or less spent all my free time last week binging it. Holy cow. As someone who's been watching BCS, I was somewhat aware of the characters, but it still puts some of the BCS scenes in context (for example, the cousins showing up and threatening Mike's granddaughter in BCS takes on a whole new meaning now that I've seen BB).

Even though you know how the series ends when it starts, the twists and turns throughout the five seasons are incredible. It's much darker than I anticipated, and I'm definitely going to have to go back and watch it again. The hype surrounding the show, in my opinion, was justified.

Have you seen the GLOW doc on Netflix about the actual show?

WTF Dude ?? That is one of the best animations ever !!! I hope you enjoy it as much as i did.
I think I thought it was a proper supermhero dramedy for some reason. I was confusing a few different things.

Love it. Love Jon Benjamin, reminds me of sea lab. I'm in season three. Laugh out loud every episode

A David Simon helmed show depicting the legalization of the porn industry during the 70's, featuring James Franco (playing twin brothers), The Karate Kid himself Ralph Macchio playing a corrupt cop, and some throw-in's (Sabotka, Cheese AND Slim Charles) from the wire.

Yeah, i'll watch this.
