New TV Series to watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Wrapping up season five of Amazon Prime's Bosch. If you aren't watching this show, you should. It's the best cop/detective show on TV right now. Very tightly written and each season has a couple of different plot lines that all feel important and interesting.
One of the best shows on TV right now period. Finished this season pretty quickly.

Just realized the new season of Sneaky Pete is out so started that tonight.

Haha that's next on my list.

Amazon needs to advertise this shit better.

Seriously! I didn't know Bosch was back either.

Both occasions I was just going on Prime randomly to see what was new on there.

I saw both were released on another forum I visit. Otherwise would have had no idea.

Anyone not watching Chernobyl on HBO is missing a great show.

I agree but it's definitely a hard watch. These two first episodes might be the scariest things I've ever watched. Like it's not scary like a horror movie but it's scary because this actually happened and they show the horrible things that happened.

They've done a fantastic job of showing how the Soviet system itself kneecapped the ability to respond to the incident properly, as well as how it could happen in the first place. You tell your bosses what they want to hear, no matter what. Seeing that mindset, and the fear it created, is just fascinating.

But one of the absolute best scenes in that show so far was when they were explaining to that general that they needed someone to drive the truck right up to the remains of the reactor to get accurate dosimeter readings. The general said they'd need to get shielding, and he was told "the shielding won't be enough", and he says "Then I'll do it myself". Total badass.

Just finished Catch 22. I thought it was real good but really too short and condense. It's six ~40 minute episodes. They could have really explored world they put out there alittle more while keeping the plot the same. I even think they could have pushed it out to multiple seasons if they wanted.

Some of Hulu's best stuff are one off mini series that they really should have tried to get multiple season from.

Chernobyl is awesome! Really digging that so far.

Went off the recommendations from here and started watching Barry. I’m glad that I did. I’m only few episodes in, but can tell I’m going to enjoy this show.

Just finished the final season of VEEP.

That show was so good. The writing in it and the delivery by the actors was amazing to watch at times. Having dueling quips and one-liners with 3-5 participants jumping in at the correct time has to be tough to perfect. They did it over and over.

This has to be a top 5 comedy show of all time.

That's next on my list after I finish season two of Barry.
