The Gold is Golder: New uniforms to come?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I didn't get the font and after reading it is supposed to be like sword cuts it still doesn't look right. The "V" is pissing me off lol.

Two things:

1) Unless I'm mistaken, the black is NOT replacing navy. They are still using navy in all the logos. They are just adding black as an official color and adding it to the global shield. The alternate shield and all the C logos still have navy.

2) The CAVS wordmark seems to have some light beveling. Needless inconsistency to throw in IMO.

Tell the Indians to copy and paste the colors, font, just come up with a similar name. Steal the Cavalier C instead of the block

The basketball/sword logo needed to go. I honestly started being embarrassed by it this year. Looked way too much like the 2000s. I'm all for these changes.

Also can I say, it's nice that the Cavs switch it up because the Indians and Browns never do. Some change is good. (And please take all subsequent discussion about changing the racist Indians logo into the Indians section)

Not when the chief/Indians name are gone.

Mine as well adapt the wine and gold

Not going to turn this into a Wahoo debate. Wahoo will be gone soon, so it is what it is. I think their uniforms are fine.

Well the Browns took on a different shade of brown (lol) and added the worst uniforms in NFL. Change isn't always good.

Indians will be gone too. I'm calling for a complete makeover as an season ticket owner and I will express that to them when they call for the reup. Obviously they don't have to change to wine, gold, navy, black, even though that's an hell of a scheme, but I won't settle for logo and name to be swapped out for new, I want all new.

They look really good. Saw them play when I was in Cleveland. I normally don't like red white blue but the navy tops were just.. It's a perfect uniform

Don't want to get this into the whole Indians thing because there is a separate thread, but this is the history of them being called what they are. I understand both sides for changing or not changing.

1915 Cleveland took on the name "Indians" in 1915, reviving a nickname of its old NL club upon the arrival of this Native American in 1897. Hall of Famer John Montgomery Ward referred to Sockalexis as "a marvel".

The Brown is unchanged.
Are you blind?

If the Cavs are planning on keeping the navy jerseys. I'd like to see them be the first team to adopt an all navy hat that goes with the jersey. In the end, these guys are ballplayers.
