It’s OK I guess....

They ripped the entire “symbolism” concept from Donald Glover and it comes across insanely cheap to me.

Maybe it’s me, but as Jay Z and Beyoncé, you can’t just step into your first video off a secret album, and basically steal someone else’s video. I actually had to bail on the video bc it felt so beneath them.

I’m excited to listen to Nasir but haven’t yet. Illmatic remains my favorite Hip Hop album of all time.

Listening to Nasir now....it’s OK. Not great.

Hip Hop isn’t a young man’s game and I get that. When you compare Nasir to an “Illmatic” or “College Drop Out” it just comes up woefully short.

And I love Nas. And I really like Kanye. It’s just not to the level I anticipated. I didn’t expect a top 10 all time album, but I expected more than a simple “Slick Rick” sample, or a piano loop from an old time movie. Like, I get the connections, but it just doesn’t quite get there for me.

I dunno.....it feels like complex issues, packaged as an album for “today’s world”, and then it falls really flat. Much more hype than substance.

It's complicated. The ex gf is devastated, I he put on a concert and the proceeds went to charities for victims of domestic abuse. I've seen some clips and it's astonishing how introspective That guy is considering what he did. There is lots and lots of video evidence of the guy being a good guy.

Just complicated. Not saying one thing outweighs the other but there is a calculus to consider. He has an entire album dedicated to helping people through mental illness

Anyways they caught one of the guys, the other still at large. Dude was at the motorcycle shop when x came in, and was dumb enough to buy a dammed mask while at the shop and then use it in the murder, with his bright ass orange fucking sandals that he was caught in when cops stopped him

Came out about a month ago but anyone listen to Styles P here? His new album "G-Host" is dope as fuck.... real authentic east coast hip-hop for those that still appreciate it

Completely agree, and I'm not really a Drake fan. Easily my favorite album of his.
