The Wizards are in trouble. They are getting nothing outside of Wall/Beal/Porter. Atlanta has been scoring at will for the last 3 games.

Atlanta is very capable of stealing that series.

Unless something happens.. I expect Atlanta to win that series. They're deeper.

In all the series thus far, the teams with the most depth are winning or have advanced.

Wade isn’t gonna go from making $25 million to the minimum in a single year, and even if he was willing to do that i don’t see the point when he plays a position we’re already deepest at.

Wade isn’t gonna go from making $25 million to the minimum in a single year, and even if he was willing to do that i don’t see the point when he plays a position we’re already deepest at.

And he's a lazy as hell defender. Our team is overstocked on big names who don't add enough to that end of the floor. All signings going forward must be willing defenders for the sake of balance. Lebron can't continue to be used as a defensive anchor

He left his lifelong team to earn 25mil. Doubt he's just going to give that up to come to cleveland to play for the min. At 20mil we do not want unless we can flip shumpert and someone else for him. Even then I'd rather we waited to flip these assets for defensively capable players. Wade is lazy on D and even though he shoots a respectable 3point percentage in the postseason, teams are still content to sag off him to collapse on Lebron so he ruins our spacing. There are good reasons for wanting to look elsewhere

Only reason I'd do it is if JR doesn't show signs of improving on both ends post surgery. I would then bring him in and trade JR for a center. But if that doesn't happen, he's basically just for name recognition and jersey sales.

Jr's contract is untradable. Especially if he plays like shit.. no team wanted him even after two stellar years on the Cavs, his personal issues will always hinder his value and hurt his public perception.
