"The Los Angeles Lakers are stepping up their efforts to trade for Cavaliers point guard Ramon Sessions, multiple Western Conference sources have told FOX Sports Ohio.

According to one source, the Lakers’ interest in Sessions appeared to peak around All-Star weekend, but dwindled quickly when they learned the Cavs’ wouldn’t budge from receiving a first-round draft pick in return. But after exploring the market for a point guard, “the Lakers are finding a deal for Sessions may be the best fit,” a source said."


It's looking like we are getting very close to trading Sessions for a Lakers 1st round pick. I hope we can pull this one off and get another rebuilding piece for next season. We need a true Center, sg and a sf. Hopefully we make this deal and find Kyrie a backup during Free Agency.

They might as well. Add a PG, for a pick that wont contribute until next season when Kobe is a year older.

If we would need to take back Walton or Blake, I would want both picks, but I doubt theyre that desperate.
