When watching the game I wasn't looking for stat lines or 3 pt % but rather how the starting unit played off one another. Obviously, James was rusty but I could see some chemistry slightly developing and that's all you can ask for at this point. Rose continues to impress me and him with that 2nd unit is scary. I also don't think we need to worry about James' ankle.

This starting five is simply untenable.

Between JR and Korver you have 3,823 made three pointers sitting on your bench. Crowder, Wade, and Rose have a combined 1,247 for their collective careers. Something has to give Lue. In the modern NBA you can’t win and arguably can’t even be competitive if you don’t make threes. For reference see the teams which made the most three pointers in 2015 Cle 3 GS 2, 2016 GS 1 Cle 2, and 2017 Cle 2 GS 4.
