the problem with drafting perfectly is you have no reason to trade anything or vulture the waiver wire.
Not sure why I drafted McCoy. I was at the store and both the guys I was looking at were gone.
after that I shifted tactics and started drafting defensively. In hindsight and the way I did most of my mock drafts I would of taken Rodgers and Prescott since its a two qb league hoping to start an early qb run.
It certainly wasn't an attempt to outsmart everyone.
I did end up having to trade up to get Ryan to ensure I had at least one decent qb and got a little trade happy from there. Overall I am please with my draft as I was able to get several guys I wanted on the roster.

@Jack Brickman In our trade . one of the players I set to cut just locked out due to some roster rule that recent acquisitions get locked 48 hours before the game. will this impact our trade? the trade occurred before this lock happened.

Talked about this in Mazey, but just so everyone else sees this...
I fixed it. There was a default FF setting that locks recently added players starting 48 hours before their next game. It's a setting that exists to prevent people from being dicks and picking up and dropping every defense or kicker on waivers in redraft so people can't stream. Doesn't really have any impact on a dynasty league, especially one like ours that has no kickers or team defenses. Plus, we should be able to cut guys whenever we want in a league like this. Never know when someone will get hurt and give an opportunity to one of the guys on the waiver wire, and we should be allowed to cut a guy we've just added if a better option presents itself.

Is everyone okay with week ten being the trade deadline for contending teams? I'm thinking November 15 at 11:59pm as our deadline.
I'm not actually going to set a trade deadline on Fleaflicker, though, as I think that teams that are no longer eligible for the playoffs should be allowed to trade, as should teams once they are eliminated (it gives people a reason to stay active even after they are no longer contending). As such, I'll just police this manually and cancel any trades that involve teams that are still in contention for a playoff spot.
But if there are no disagreements, November 15th will be our trade deadline.

RCF Dynasty week 2 in Review.
@joedailey23 jumped out on @Jack Brickman to 65 points on 4 players played. Jack took the lead back late in round 2 but a record 200+ points was a bit too much for the commissioner. The Architect and previous fleaflicker champion strutted his stuff like Tom Brady.
@Triplethreat declared himself in mazey chat as having "won this league" he later attempted to retract ... his opponent @Rookie had all sorts of things go wrong for his team and triples 31 point lead appears insurmountable for the affirmative action squad
@sportscoach goes into the night with an 11 point lead over @Ob1 . OB has 2 guys to play. Sportscoach nightmares have none. Not looking good for the Goat
@Stark and @FiveThous are both in for their 2nd nailbiters in a row. only this time against each other. both have 2 players remaining Team five edging Whitner 141.75 to 137.5
@SHarlan 85 has played all his guys this week against @SuperSurge , who still has 4 remaining. but unless Surges players average 21 + point each. 100 points vs 185..... looks like
Meanwhile, My Pariahs go into the Monday night game with a 9 point lead over Utah.. Odell Beckham JR vs Marvin Jones. Utah shaved down a 40 point deficit with the strong play of Ty Montgomery to put himself in a position to win unless Beckham is a game time scratch.
