I actually saw an interview where Baker talked about the arrest. Funny thing is he wasn't stopped his friend was. He was drunk for sure he said, but for some reason he decided to wait for his friend and then he panicked out of nowhere and he started running.

When Baker tells it, it is funny and if not for Baker being a famous athlete, these would be nothing more than a funny story he tells when out with "the guys" or on a date. Personally I got busted once at a party for underage drinking, similar, just a fine I had to pay, no big deal.

Best part of the whole video is drunk Baker getting caught from behind by the police. But I see this video is nothing more than proof Baker was a college kid. Drinking and walking, what an irresponsible 21 year old he was, lol.
