I think it might be possible in the offseason. Both Hill and JR become big expiring contracts. I still believe the Hood trade was a good one. Crowder was a negative to this team. Hood still has potential and should get better with time with this team. I also believe we will be able to resign him to a team friendly contract.

The coaching staff have to take their lumps next season if they want Rodney and Cedi to grow. Both need to handle the ball more to get their ball handling up to the level it needs to be to grow their overall game.

Hood still has time to redeem himself - his wife just had twins, I'm sure he wasn't exactly sleeping well and likely had alot on his mind. I might be delusional but I still like this guy's potential, give him a bit more time - if he could just have one game where he gets hot from deep I think it would do wonders for his confidence.

He's scored 30 or more 5 times in 4 seasons, never scoring more than 32. I seriously wonder if people ever watched this dude before he came here.

He put up a whopping 8.9 ppg in the playoffs last year on a sizzling 35% shooting.

It ain't about confidence with this dude. He's just not that good. And he's costing himself A LOT of money right now.
