Sager says he has 3-6 months to live

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I like that he is still fighting, but it's a little sad that he likes being on TV so much instead of taking his last but of time off to spend with his family. I guess working helps keep your mind off it. I can respect that part.
I don’t think we’re in any position to criticize how a guy that likely only has a few months left to live chooses to live out his remaining time. I’m sure he’s thought long and hard about what he wants to do, and working probably gives him great happiness and personal satisfaction.

He is on tv twice a week tops during the playoffs. Let him ride it out. If anything, its probably good for him to still be doing what he loves.

Id be curious to see who gets the last Craig Sager interview.

For the record, he is going to Rio for the Olympics on NBC, so...

Cancer is going to win the war against him, and he knows that. But every time he goes out and performs his job with a smile like he always has, he wins a battle.

We all die (except Keith Richards apparently).

It is what we leave behind that defines us. His legacy is burnished every day that he refuses to surrender and continues to live his life the way he always has.

Although, I don't think someone with leukemia should go to Rio with that zika virus going around.

I hope he goes to Rio and has a lot of "fun" wink wink if you know what I mean. Would rather he go on a high. Also I hope the Cavs win it all this year so he can tell god that he has seen everything there in to see in NBA.

Also, Everytime this thread get bumped do you guys also have the thought in your head that goes " OMG !! Is he dead ? "
