I've not really watched the Tribe that much yet. Hard to get into baseball while basketball is still going on.

But, I am not sure why people are that down on this team TBH.

Nearly every one of our pitchers are having down years with the exception of Carrasco. And he got shelled today, it happens...

But I'd have to think, they'll start pitching better. Even if we're not crazy about the Tomlin's, Bauer's, and Salazar's of the world. These guys are pitching much worse than their career marks, and I can't think that trend will continue with all three.

I didn't even mention Kluber. We got to think he'll eventually hit his groove. He's always been a slow starter.

But Clevinger looks solid. We probably could use another starting pitcher around the deadline, but we'll see how it shapes up.

We have seen some very promising young players that are showing themselves.

Guys like EE and Kip are having very slow starts and I can't think that will continue. EE is already starting to break out of it.

Our bullpen looks really good.

I don't think this team has come close to hitting its peak, and the fact they're still over .500 is encouraging, not discouraging to me.

Maybe they won't all pan out the ones that are struggling, but if some of these guys start going back towards their career production, this team can get on a roll.

I agree to an extent but I cant shake the feeling last year was a perfect storm and this is closer to what we really are

What a laughable team.

I think this team is much more talented than last year.

Despite our pitching woes, we are still second overall in the AL with an era of 3.83. And our pitching hasn't even come close to hitting its stride.

Our best pitcher only has 7 starts under his belt and will get better.

Guys like Salazar, Tomlin (probably the guy I have the least confidence in), and Bauer I think will get better as the year goes on. They might not be world busters, but they're not this awful either.

Even Frankie IMO is having a slow start, even though he's shown a sudden power out burst.

As long as we don't get far behind, it's only June, I never get too up and down over where a team is as long as they're not really, really far behind to start the year off.

If guys were peaking, or playing above themselves and we were hovering over .500 I'd be more worried.

On a day where Carrasco pitched and then Salazar, we gave up 11 runs and KC sent 10 guys to the plate in a inning twice.

Laughable indeed.
Absolutely pathetic. This team needs a serious gut check, players only meeting, something.

Sounds like Carrasco had to get to his fried chicken and beer in the clubhouse. Deja vu for Scooter Franconia.

Yeah, I heard this. Pretty disappointing. If Carrasco is a clown going forward that weakens our rotation significantly. And our rotation is already one of the worst in the AL.
