The Spurs would need to go 18-3 or better the rest of the way to be a 70+ win team. I think that's not impossible. They're 28-3 in their last 31 games. When was the last time a conference had two 70+ teams?
 
A "SPURS" Thread? How did this get here and what is this team of the game hoopball. I only know the game called Basketball where a weird looking cocky guy with a kid who everyone loves because he is famous. I like these... Spurs. Yeah about fucking time I can get away from the Warriors to a place I feel more comfor... Ah shit.

Yeah Out of true respect I want to see the Cavs and Spurs face off in the finals. If we lost to them, then hey they been there done that and beat that before. The Spurs must also hate all this, they are always so chill though. Much respect to da Spurs... Son.

Never. There was only one team in the history of NBA with 70 or more wins, and that was the 95-96 bulls. If Spurs get 70 wins, they go straight to the pantheon.
 
Theoretically, there's a chance that both the Spurs and the Warriors break the Bull's record. They still have to meet each other 3 times, so if the Spurs win all their games including the ones against the Warriors, and the Warriors win all their games except those against the Spurs, the Warriors will finish with 74 wins and Spurs with 73. Not going to happen, but the fact that we are in March and there is still a theoretical chance of 2 teams breaking the 72-win record is astounding (especially since they face each other 4 times).

Would be nice if we got revenge on the spurs for beating us in the finals
 
Spurs took a tough loss at Indiana tonight. 10th loss of the season, 4 behind GS for home court in the loss column.
