Texans' Record Watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Watson is the fucking stud we thought he was.

Sucks we didn't pick him but... guess you just move on.

Didn't watch the game, so could be way off, but the 5 TDs in the box score make his day look a lot better than it was from my perspective. Looks like he padded his stats big time in garbage time.

Game Start - 3:31 in 4th quarter:
10-21, 149 yds, 3 TD

3:31-2:57 in 4th quarter, Chiefs lead 39-20:
2-3, 37 yds, 1 TD

1:08-end in 4th quarter, Chiefs lead 42-26:
4-7, 75 yds, 1 TD

Think he was awesome vs. New England and Tennessee, this one doesn't strike me as anything special.

Yeah, he was the king of Bortles Time last night. The defense didn't even try to defend Hopkins on that last touchdown pass because, obviously, who the fuck cared? Game was over.

Art immitating life for me on that final throw.

I am winning Fantasy Football by 45 points. My opponent has no one left to play, all of his players are done. I have both Watson and Hopkins. On a useless play, Watson throws a TD to Hopkins making my winning total 60 instead of 45.

They should have taken a knee and not risk injury, but hey what do i know, lol.

I was down by a point before that throw in my pay dynasty league and that touchdown won me the game. Granted, I still have Thielen tonight, so I probably would have won anyway, but it was still nice to get the guarantee.

So stupid though. Gave me the highest 1 week total year to date.

And so stupid.

Such is fantasy. Bortles has made a living off of padding stats for guys during garbage time.

what a conundrum...

Do we wanna win to get our first win and knock down the HOU pick even more? Or do we want to keep a hold at the #1 draft pick to have our choice of Barkley, or I hate to say it, another QB (which this class with all the hype it had, is underwhelming).

No matter what happens, it's sort of a win in our book.

My two cents...

Win or lose, we're always going to "Browns it up." Given the Watt and Mercilus injuries, this is maybe the only real chance we have to win a game this year. There's no danger of gaining momentum by winning this week.

The Texans on the other hand have looked much better than the Browns for the most part. A win might help them gain some confidence. That's something that absolutely can't happen. On the flipside, there's literally nothing more demorilizing than losing to the Browns. Legitimately nothing. That team could really go down the shitter by taking an L to the Browns. We have the opportunity to sink their battleship. Time to set that fucker a flame.

any team gaining confidence from beating the Browns must have had no self esteem at all to begin with

Hue just denied sending that text to Watson on draft day.
