The Cavs have a 2nd round pick?

Im seeing in many mocks that the Cavs have a pick at #53. I know they've had some funky trade protection clauses but can anyone explain why this is so?

I know they are probably are going to trade it or stock some foreign project with it. This can be merged in the draft thread if necessary but I wanted to see if anyone had answers.

Its from Portland via Chicago via Denver. Probably came over in the Mozgov trade. There arent protections on this one.
