The General Terrorist Rampage Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Ironically, many Republican politicians have been the ones coming out and denouncing Trump and his statements on Charlottesville, along with the white nationalist movement in general, so this is clearly not a case of blaming the right. I applaud all the Republican politicians who stood up to Trump on this issue. I'm sure many others here do as well.

Of course not. The ones who are "Republican," if they're Republican at all are just trolling people who have very sensible opinions about what happened over the weekend.

Wolf Blitzer just called this a copycat of Charlottesville. Fake news indeed.

Ridiculous.

In Charlottesville, a man drove a car into a crowd of people for idealistic purposes.

In Barcelona, a man drove a van into a crown of people for idealistic purposes.

The two are nothing alike.

This certainly never happened before in London, Berlin, or Nice.

Charlottesville was a copycat of that, he's not claiming them to be related to each other.

He's saying the type of attack is the same.

Is this what you get upset with news outlets for?

No, he called this a copycat of Charlottesville. Not the other way around. You know damn well his goal was to pin this on those not responsible.

You're saying he's trying to pin this on...Nazi's?

"There will be questions about copycats. Questions, if what happened in Barcelona, was at all, at all, a copycat version of what happened in Charlottesville, Virginia,” Blitzer said.

Two men drove cars, period. I think we know how to stop this....
