If you assume or think that, whole nation hate each other because of their ethnicity that is called racism. Believe me for us, Turks , every country has the equal standarts, there is no aversion beyond that. I dunno may be Giannis had that opinion and tried harder on Cedi but, I don’t give a chance to that :)

I think he just licked his chops when he saw a smaller weaker guy on him. Nance still had trouble, but Giannis just brushed Cedi aside.

Umm I think most people would call that a rivalry.

Finally a truly good offensive game from Cedi after a couple weeks, minus the free throws.
Dude needs to get more aggressive with his stat padding like the likes of Clarkson, I swear he loses a couple rebounds a game from teammates stealing boards from him.

10. Osman had such a promising start to the season, as in, his first two games were awesome. After 17 points in the season opener against Toronto, he erupted for a career-high 22 the next game in Minneapolis.

11. Since it’s been a slog. Part of it is, surely, that Osman is on the opponent’s scouting report for the first time in his career, and defenses are sure to keep Osman in front of them and forcing him to shoot from the outside. And part of it is without Love, the Cavs have no 3-point shooter worthy of staying with on the perimeter — which takes away some of Osman’s game getting to the rim.

12. “I think Cedi is a slasher,” Drew said.

13. There’s no room for Osman to slash without any 3-point shooters.

On the Passport yeah :D but his parents and his whole family are from Nigeria, so he has the black athleticism and we can say he is not Greek. Whereas,My boy Cedi is just a lovely white turkish guy :sprt (3):
Now that’s the racism right there. Wtf? He was born and raised in Greece and is a citizen, that makes him Greek. You only see his skin color, and that makes you a racist punk.

Nice game from Cedi. Kept Butler quiet for the first half.

It definitely seems like.if he can get his contact fidence going he plays a lot better. Once he had some rhythm his shot from 3 looked great again. He should be playing inside out.

He feasted on smaller guards as well as his own matchup. But the thing is, he likes the physicality and you can see how much more confident he is against a smaller guy. It's obvious that the 2 is his position.

Cool down , there are really different aspect of the racism on the different parts of the world. I have lots of friend, both of their parents are American, born and raised.., but my friends are born and raised in Turkey.. Now here is the question are they American or are they Turks ? They all consider themselves as American.. there are people playing the Drama Queen on these days. Don’t be that guy.. and no one is being racist here, but there are people on this forum, just wants to seen as an Angel :) here you go..

You’re the one who complained about racism when someone brought up the animosity between Turkey and Greece, then immediately started talking about skin color. So yeah, that was absolutely a racist comment and I will absolutely be the guy who calls you out for it.

Btw, your Turkish-American friends can be either, or both, or neither - whatever they decide and not what other people want to make them, like you did with Giannis. That’s kind of the entire point.

A solid game from Cedi tonight couldn't shoot outside, but still contributed finishing with 13 points and 7 rebounds, he also had some nice passes where his teammates just couldn't make their shots.

He is looking more under control. He needs to let his defense be his offense and get steals and leak out to get in rhythm .

It's tough because he is one of the few guys willing to shoot it, but really he should be attacking the basket and only taking wide open shots .

I'd like him to get his shot going again. It seems flat. I wonder if it is just the heavy minute load.

Could be that his back injury is still lingering.

His blocks and steals are reduced form the beginning of the year. I would not be surprised. It would hurt his explosion at the rim.

I remember when Lebron first came back and he could not finish like he always had. He was missing layups. I thought, "Typical we would get him when he was finally losing his athleticism." Then the next year he looked like his old self after he rehabbed his back and the back stuff came out.

Looks like similar struggles to me. Playing PF can't be helping.

So that was the third decent/solid offensive game from Cedi in a row. Last night and today weren't amazing but if games like this one can be his baseline with the occasional great game, and a few not so good ones I'd be happy.
I still hate how often the offense has him camping on the three-point line, he is not a stretch four.
