It starts with Lebron. He's pointing fingers calling out organization and players. Leaders don't do that. Maybe he needs to shut his mouth and play to win.

I really just wish LeBron would lead the team to wins, without drama. I don't need these annual funks.

We lost JR. I get it. He wasn't playing that well to begin with. We got Korver. He was suppose to help us out. Everybody just get back to playing basketball. Concentrate and play hard at least 2 nights out of 3. It's not a lot to ask, and it's not that complicated.

Next time we are in this situation, Lue needs to bench LBJ. He has had key turnovers in the last 3 games and has been sulking the entire fourth. Takes piss poor shots. Completely frustrating to watch this team.

People saying more effort. I actually saw effort. The most I've seen from LeBron too, considering this is a January game. This has been the most shocking L in terms of effort. But, once again we let a guard/big go off and win the game.

I get that and my pick would be Lance Stephenson because I think he is the only available player that will get double digit minute in a playoff game. I don't think the front office wants to take the risk though and we need a point guard that will mesh with LBJ.
