Go for it. Or one for Battle Royale's in general, but Fortnite specifically I think will still always be the leader for a long time so it deserves it's own thread.

Battlefield, COD, and RDR2 are all rumored to be putting in BR modes in their upcoming games. I think we are only going to see more and more Battle Royale's released in the coming years but not sure when the trend will stop. I don't think anyone will top Fortnite, at least not from a popularity/money perspective.

Yep. I've been really deep into esports for years, and have spent a lot of time enjoying almost every major esport title except this one.

Yeah, Black Ops 4 is already confirmed to have Battle Royale. That'll be the first one I play, as not really into Fortnite or PUBG for a variety of reasons.

I'm a Battlefield and Red Dead fan, so I'd be pretty pumped if either had a BR. I'll get them regardless though. Never been a COD guy for a variety of reasons as well, but if it does have a good BR, that could be the one thing that I'd actually consider getting it for.

I actually looked up those dudes you told me to, Looked at some settings for consoles and adjusted it. I started stringing some kills together.

I’m not sure it seems most of the best streamers go PS4. But it’s really all the same mechanics. You want to watch the best and emulate some of the things they do.

Battlefield V reveal is today. I'll be watching. I hope it is good. Hopefully it has a BR too.

I have Battlefield 1 and DLC, but just didn't play it that much. I grinded it for certain stretches, but I honestly had more fun with it when it was in Beta. Not sure why. I just miss Bad Company 2 man. That game was so freaking fun. One of my fav games of all time.

They are really running with this female soldier thing, aren't they? Like holy shit. Don't really care, though, it's a game.

Otherwise, not a very impressive trailer when compared to BF1's reveal which was batshit awesome. This looked like non-gameplay/CG to start then some canned and scripted "gameplay" in the second half.

The ending with the paratroops looked like a Battle Royale tease.

Game concepts do sound great though.

Yeah, I mean I'm not a fan of this kind of trailer. I don't play Campaigns in general though. I think this is a co-op story mode which is cool. I support any good co-op. But what I really want to see is actual online in-game footage. A lot of the new mechanics sounds interesting, like the fortifications thing.
