The "What are you playing now?" Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Think I was just overwhelmed at first with all the stuff involved in that game. Took me awhile to get the hang of it.
I mean just wait

Esp after mission 31, like don't even bother

I...already beat the story, including the new additional missions :chuckle:

Weather has been super shitty around here the last week or so, so I've had plenty of time.

I'm not bothering with the additional missions that are just replays of earlier missions on harder difficulty, there's no value in that. Maybe I'll go back to them at some point.

Everyone in my game has on helmets and back up helmets once you shoot them off. Quiet can't even get into position without bombardment and a mortar shoved up her ass

Yeah that shit is annoying. You basically can't tranquilize those guys and have to just kill them.

The final mission with Quiet is probably the hardest "unique" mission in the game. Have to kill or extract a seemingly countless number of tanks that will literally snipe you with missiles from any distance. And you can't take too long or else Quiet will get killed. I eventually just said fuck it and found a hiding spot to spam air strikes at the end. Really stupid mission that is incredibly difficult.

I mean helmets stop bullets too. I'm gonna have to use air strike I guess, but I'm trying to get the butterfly emblem so I can keep quiet with me

You probably already know this, but you can't play Quiet's final mission if you're using that emblem

Yea her departure is immediately apparent and she's severely missed

Played some Anthem demo. Was hardly playable. Uninstalled.

Tried playng league of legends on acid. Very boring.

Gotten pretty far into Spider-Man. This game isn't fucking around. There are suicide bombings and biological terrorism. The body count just keeps climbing.

Where the fuck are the Avengers while this shit is going down?

I played it for a few days. It was good, but I'm 50/50 on it. I can see the potential of it with the flying and different classes, but its just so busy. For example, when the action gets going, there are so many effects and particles on the screen for seconds at a time from the battle that I have no idea what is going on.

It definitely needs to clean up its presentation during battles for me.

Just recently beat the Spider-Man main campaign. Incredible game.

Working through the DLC now.

Yeah, my only real complaint outside of some loose storytelling at times is that the game takes too long to kick into gear. There's an action-packed intro and then...pretty much no major fights outside of Shocker until the end of act two, at which point everything goes fucking nuts and it's set piece after set piece.

Could have used a few more boss fights in the mid-game to balance out the pacing.

Note: I'm not quite done yet, although I'm in the third act.

The boss fights once things start to pick up are pretty entertaining, at least. I wish there were more of them.

That being said, there are certain side missions that will pit you against other bosses, so there is that. One of them I know for sure is
Tombstone
, although I haven't finished all the side missions yet so I can't say if there are any others.

I'm only in Act I of the DLC so far. It's pretty decent. You see old and new faces, and all of it is very clearly setting up for Act II.

I'll get around to finishing it eventually. Right now I'm taking a break from it to play Detroit: Become Human, which I picked up for dirt cheap during the holiday season and only just now started to play.

Who was it that downloaded. Mgs for pc?

Do I have to do anything weird to get it to play?
