Tristan Thompson

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He’s the warriors best player. Kk jokes aside...the warriors broke this guy on the court...

And so quickly too. Like they knew he was terrible all along and got in his head eventually . If he can’t get the occasional offense rebound he’s useless.

I am disappoint.

That is the last refuge of the TT argument, that he can guard out to the perimeter. Now that his motor is burned out what is left?

He can get 5 useless offensive rebounds in the form of missed tip shots and/or rebounds turned into put back shots that get blocked. Or he gets an offeneive rebound and is subsequently stripped.

Smart front offices know roleplayer flexibility is key to longterm contendership. Never overcommit to roleplayers because their peak play has a shorter shelf life.

All concerned parties should have known better when resigning Tristan 'cavalier for life' Kardashian. Fair enough he actually got a fair deal in the market conditions back then (anticipated cap raise) but we could have had him for less (if not for you know who) and he'd be a more tradeable asset today. Don't even want to talk about JR

He was a restricted free agent and I strongly doubt any other team would have stepped forward with an offer anything close to ours.

We got a championship that year and TT was part of it, so that alone is a partial justification, but it's a terrible contract.

Should have kept him benched. He makes his trade value less and less valuable every minute he plays. It makes Lue look like an imbecile also for never playing Frye anymore when this is what TT gives you smh.

The more he and jr plays the less likely David Griffin will ever get another gm job.

Lmao that guy thought he was worth 10M and wanted to be team president.

Griffin committed almost $200 million in long-term, multi-year contracts to the following group of players:

Tristan Thompson
JR Smith
Iman Shumpert
Kyle Korver

Now combine that with the luxury tax to get the bottom line amount....:doh (17):

Not playing Frye when David West was out there was crazy. The 2nd unit needs more spacing case closed. I think our big man rotation should be longer. Bring Crowder out early, bring in TT and get Love more different looks from 3 after he has established his inside game. Then in the 2nd unit bring in wade Korver, and Channing with Green. Spacing lineup with 3 attackers.

One big thing last night was the team was gassed by the 4th. The rotation has to be longer to play against these guys. Lebron stayed in too long in the 3rd, and Cedi should have played a bit in the 2nd unit. You can't outhustle golden state. They are too young, too athletic, and too deep. You have to use depth against them, and all the different ways our team can play can at least keep them off balance.
