Two more trade ideas.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I know everyone perceives things differently, but I'm just not seeing any hostility. If you could point it out, maybe that would help?

I think smugly telling someone to stay off the website is a pretty unconstructive way of delivering feedback, you don't become a better poster by getting dunked on, imo. Apologies to Q-tip if it came across as me calling you out, I don't think your post was bad in any way.

Ah, yeah, seeing that one now. Yeah, that might be a little much. Im not seeing anything else like that (though I have quite a few on ignore haha)

Hostile is putting it lightly - everytime I post a trade idea it's like a warzone out here.

Forget the fact that the trades are unrealistic. Just imagine putting that product on the floor - thinking about that roster makes me drool.

I know for a fact that the product the cavs are about to put on the floor this upcoming season is embarrasing considering that we still have one of the highest payrolls in the league.

Even though it may not look like it, I give my trade ideas alot of thought. Collin Sexton has alot of trade value (supposedly).

We have no idea how high the OKC management values Adams and his bloated contract. Maybe getting a player of Clarkson's calliber (who's proven he can produce) and get rid of Adams contract at the same time could be enticing for them.

I just... buddy... you've got me speechless. I have to think this is a bit, at this point.

If you want a roster like that, then you'd need to add first round draft picks to the mix.

As far as Adam's contract...again, check out basketball reference. That extension kicked in this past season, so they clearly thought it was a good idea then. This past season -- after that contract kicked in -- was the higher BPM and VORP of his career. His per 36 numbers were up pretty much across the board as well. In other words, he improved after signing that contract. So your assumption that Adams' contract is seen as "bloated" by OKC really doesn't make much sense given that he's performed better after signing it. He posted career highs in points, rebounds, and FG%. It's just really hard to see why OKC wouldn't be happy with that deal.

On the OKC trade, I think Adams is actually a highly valued player by NBA front offices, even with his sizeable contract. JR right now is a net negative as an asset given his contract, although he may have some value as an expiring when the trade deadline comes around. Clarkson is a guy who shows potential, but after a decent amount of time in the league, I'm not too hopeful that he turns into much more than what we're seeing now. With his contract, he might be viewed as a net negative or a very marginal positive.

On the Denver trade, yes, Sexton has decent trade value based on upside, but that is mitigated somewhat by the fact that he hasn't proven anything yet. He could flop. I would be shocked if he did, but it is at least possible at this point. Gary Harris and Jamal Murray have already shown that they can at least hang in the league as productive players, with neither one of them reaching their peak yet, so both of them have pretty decent trade value right now.

Tristan Thompson's trade value is probably a polarizing topic with this board from what I've read. I think his trade value is slightly positive since he only has two years left and could show this year that he's in better shape, healthy, and looking like TT of 2015. Others might argue that he'll never be back in 2015 form, and he was a limited offensive player even at that time anyway (which I wouldn't argue on the last point either). In that case, his contract makes him a net negative asset.

Tristan Thompson is the worst player in the league. I put him in there to make salaries match. If there's a team interested in him for some odd reason, you quickly get rid of him.
