If Manziel were maybe 4 inches taller, I'd be excited. But when he is constantly missing WR'ers because he cannot see them, then it is a serious problem.

Manziel looks to be a year or two away from being a viable backup quarterback. Still plays like Vince Young despite lacking Vince Young's physical tools.
