We’ve been saying it awhile, but if Tye Lue starts Tristan Thompson over Ante Zizic to start the season—not only does he need fired—he needs tarred and feathered on his way out of town.

I don't have a problem with him coming off the bench the first couple games to let him "earn" his spot, but when he DOES earn it, he better fucking get the reward of starting.

I’m really impressed by the angles he creates for receiving the ball. He’s not the smoothest guy around by any means, but he really sets himself up well prior to receiving the ball. Little things like creating the necessary space to finish at rim, sealing his man off, using his shoulders to knock a defender off rhythm, etc. He’s a lot craftier than most would think.....especially at 21.

I’m really starting to like his upside....I’ve been slow to get on his train, but his first two summer league games have me pretty excited. It’s not just the stats, it’s how easy a lot of the put-backs and finishes at the rim have been. He can play....

If we are talking “soft” then it fits better. That’s probably why his back gave out early. In the day when bigs were “big”, you couldn’t be a marshmallow like BD was. Saw him too many times miss a lay up or lay in when he could have just thrown it down.

Yes. And that's NOT the same as "Zee" being heavily emphasized at the beginning the way ESPN announcers keep doing.
