Theoretically Ante Zizic

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He looks so much leaner here wow. Even a little quicker.

Not just a little quicker. He was noticeably quicker and more explosive on both ends, and he was very fast in transition and on straight line drives...the difference is jarring to me as someone who watched him in Europe. I don't get this. It's like he Valanciunas himself. I hope they can fix this.

Again, he was known for his motor.

Here are two more videos to show you the difference:

* There is some Cedi and Harangody in there...

Looks amazing, holy crap. I bought into your hype for him long ago, but this is another level of potential completely. Also what a smart move at 1.50 in the first vid.

He might be one of those guys that gets sluggish with the added muscle. Clearing this out is priority #1 for the Cavs now as far as im concerned.

His frame is huge, so that's a good sign i terms of being able to add muscle and improve/maintain his quickness.

Jonas Valanciunas was a pretty quick guy in Europe and in his rookie season in the NBa, a nd then he bulked too much and became very slow. Difference is that JV didn't have the same frame to add a lot of muscle so he had to sacrifice. But JV is now known for being slow, and he couldn't fix that at all.

I hope we can fix that with Zizic. Some members here don't realise that he was explosive and quick in Europe. His potential is not capped as this sluggish post up magician. I just hope that the Cavs know what they are doing to combat this, and Zizic as well.

But it is pronounced "Ze-Zich".
The "ić" at the end of his last name is how Croatians pronounce it, I believe.

His name 's actually Ante Žižić.
It 's pronounced [Zhee-Zheech].

With this -ch being pronounced softly, because we have [č] and [ć]. But asking someone to pronounce that correctly when a lot of native speakers prounounce something in between for both would too much.

The one that irritates me was Dončić, who announcers called Donkić when he was draft, that one irked me, because that one is so simple, [Don-cheech].

Anyways, he's not Litttle Z, or BIG Z 2.0, but Big Ž [Zh].

We all know he will start TT. It’s not even a question. Jr will also start. injuries are the only thing that will force lue to play the best lineup.
Hopefully we can trade Love for something worthwhile, start Zizic at center and TT at power forward.

I'm just trying to put a team on the floor, and keep our draft pick. lol

So what you're saying is that you hope Ty Lue's watched film of his European players to know what they were capable of....

Oh yeah -- good luck with that.

:chuckle:

TT at power forward is the hero our tank deserves.
