Welcome Deron Williams

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I was really down on him, but it looks like he had hit another gear.

Apparently D-Will has a Playoff switch and has activateD it at Will (see what I did there?).

Griff really wasn't kidding when he said this team was built specifically for the Playoffs.

I see that deron doesn't like when dudes talk too much out on the court

Thanks Lance

Now we need other players to do the same and bring out mad deron

Ever since the Miami game, Deron has just delivered.
I think that Miami game really helped him.
He has played differently since then.

More than confident in starting this guy if Kyrie needs additional time to sort things out (that is until the Finals at least.)

You won't get shit from me for that opinion as some KyLovers might take offense at this. This season, Kyrie never had the luxury of having a solid backup like last season to keep him fresh these playoffs. If we can keep Kyrie for having limited minutes right up until Finals to freshen him up, why not do it? DWill is having a real ball now. In my opinion, Kyrie's the guy who gets better with rest rather than make him shoot until he gets his godlike rhythm.

Looked downright fantastic, especially in the first half when he got to run the show for a few minutes.

No idea why Lue didn't let him do that to start the fourth quarter. We saw in game 4 why Williams is so valuable, and he looks like he's finally comfortable and in game shape. Wow.

Deron Williams is a big reason why I’ll never judge a vet too harshly based on his regular season play. They know that the playoffs are what it’s all about and prepare themselves accordingly.

not just your opinion -- no doubt Kyrie gets better with rest. This year he shot 44% from the field/32% from 3 on back-to-backs, and 49% from the field/42% from 3 after a rest day. One reason I was astounded Lue rode him so hard in April.

Maybe going for/keeping 1 seed was actually a goal at the time? Who knows...

Yes, I see what you did. It was rather bold of you.
