Kareem Hunt: One Pissed Off Runner!

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Has anyone confirmed this occurred aside from Hunt and his friends saying it did?

There's no audio on the camera footage, so it's impossible to either confirm or deny it. I think it's clear she said something offensive to him, but we'll never know what because at this point it's he said, she said.

Dorsey is what, #2 or #3 in the entire organization and directly responsible for the football operations.

Its his responsibility (his DUTY), as someone in a position of power speaking on behalf of the organization and the city to explain this policy is you're going to sign someone who has violated it and has multiple other instances of possible violence in his past.

For him to not even be able to recite the company's policy regarding violence towards women is an embarrassment to the organization.

If he can't recite it because there isn't a policy, that is worse.

If you haven’t figured it out by now, Dorsey is really bad at talking. Not only because he has marbles in his mouth, but because he’s Trump levels of eloquent.

If he wasn’t such a damn fine talent evaluator there is no way in hell he would be a GM.

Without question this is the worst thread of the 2019 so far.

Arguably the worst thread in the history of RCF. Ranks right up there with "I just pooped a huge log".
The 80 posts of the fucking horse jokes were pretty rough, but this one glorious post makes it so that this will never be a bad thread in my eyes

El captain saved this thread with an ELITE post

Good thing that’s what he’s here for. Not to give eloquent sound bytes for Mary Kay.

Hue was a great talker.

I just do not buy that this has anything to do with giving Hunt a second chance. To me, that is a parallel to believing LeBron came back to Cleveland mainly because it was home, and not the talent on the roster.

The only risk of signing Hunt is him screwing up and not adding anything to your roster. The potential benefit, though, because of his talent, is much higher. The Browns do not give a shit about giving him a second chance.

I totally agree that Hunt should be allowed to play in the NFL... but he should have to earn that right, and at this point, he has not done anything other than sit on his ass after the Chiefs cut him. He has not gone to counseling, not effectively addressed the incident, nothing.

The Browns are doing this to improve the team. Hunt has not earned a second chance and the Browns do not care.

I will root for Hunt to do good things for the Browns because I root for the Browns. But, until Hunt actually starts addressing how quickly he escalates to violence, I will not root for or support him in any way.

ETA: evidently he has been in counseling since December, so I am wrong on that one, thanks @TopGun

He's been in counseling since early December. No idea if he takes it seriously or if it's just for PR, but he has reportedly been going.

I missed that, thanks! Edited to correct my mistake.

And not that we can trust MKC, but I think someone posted in this thread a few pages back that he had been doing a lot of low key things with school kids and what not. He just hasn't been seeing press from it.

Found this from Jason la Confora in December:

I’m told that Kareem Hunt is meeting with a women’s group. He’s being mentored by a pastor. He’s seeing counselors, getting therapy for anger management and for alcohol issues. At some point he’ll return to the gym to start making sure he’s in football shape.

Found this from Jason la Confora in December:

That information was absolutely, positively swept under a rug in favor of the narrative that Hunt isn't being remorseful.

It's a catch-22. I've heard a few people asking for "receipts" about what he's doing. I bet those same folks would be saying it's all contrived if he let you know about it loudly.
