If the people setting him screens that aren't Kevin Love or TT would roll to the basket for once in their goddamn lives maybe teams wouldn't get away with switching so easily. It's so frustrating to watch that

He is hitting the corner three off a pass allot too.

Its the increased space, i see no other reason for him to be at 40%

You're right. Stats say he's hitting same number off dribble as catch and shoot, but he's MONEY when wide open (60%).

Korver has good shooting night = Cavs Win.

It’s great and scary. Playoffs come and his points become more scarce.
It’s why IT is so goddam important for this season.

Korver is probably the 5th or so most important person on the team, 2nd most off the bench. Not sure its scary, just a fact of life. Considering Korver is one of the greatest shooters ever, and has had great runs in the playoffs, i am not to scarred about it.

Except they are lethal when he's scoring, and labor more on offense when he's off or his production is lacking.

If IT can offset some of his production, they'll be fine.

It’s great he’s good most of the time but I really need to see him show up against Golden State. They scheme him completely out of the game

So.....he shot 2 threes...and made 1 of them (50%).

Korver does not create his own shot. He relies on other guys and the offense to get him those shots.

So Korver didn't "suck". Korver didn't have any chance to "suck". He just didnt get enough shots tonight.

And he still had a whole defense tilted towards him when he was on the floor. The others need to take advantage of that.

Like who??? Tristan?

Maybe if we didn't pull one of our best 3 pt shooters out of the rotation (Frye), Korver would not have been as easy to slow down.

That said, I agree with you otherwise, and the Korver haters share the same IQs as the Love haters.

Way too simplistic to put it on Frye's standstill shooting. TT is a problem but Korver getting shut out by good defenses didn't just start recently. A few pages back IBWT and others agreed we need to run more advanced action to maximise Korver's spacing. It's not enough to run sets where everyone in the arena knows who's shooting next

We do that ourselves. LeBron changes his game, we never really impose our will on them, but we could, we are just never patient enough. Always trying to invent something new against them, on the fly. Not going to work.

Yesterday is the exact reason he's scary- they need his shooting vs GS, and he cant get a shot off. His point production needs replicated by SOMEONE against GS.
1 for 3, three points in over 20 mins.
I love Korver and think he is a great regular season player. You need guys that can make a living in the reg season.
This is is JR would be helpful, but he's a tremendous disappointment IMO.
